Trieu performed an awesome job with my toilet replacement. He took extra time to make sure the toilet was installed correctly. Since then I called him back for him to install the water filter and replace my old water heater. He even trouble shouted my leaking bathroom faucet that the other plumber could not fix. My washer suddenly started leaking water and my garage was completely flooded. I figured that the overflow was because of the drain and called up Drain Assist. It was late in the afternoon, but Triue agreed to show up same day in a few hours. He stayed until 8PM or so and got the drains hydrojetted and left. It was a huge help for me because if he hadn't helped us promptly, we would have been stuck with an overflowing drain. Overall he was very professional with good communication and provided clear options for the ways to fix my drain issue. Thanks Triue!

Thank you so much!! Drain Assist did an excellent job unclogging a bathroom toilet yesterday that I share with another tenant at my place.

Beforehand, I tried three different plungers with no success (I usually do unclog a backed up toilet myself.) It was just one of those days with bad juju, that I had to miss work after trying home remedies and watching multiple YouTube videos; At this point I said okay, I'll pay a fair price for anyone nearby who can help me on this.

Thankfully Trieu was nearby in the East side of SJ, only a mile away and did the job swiftly using his snake/auger. I was pleased with the work and appreciated his clarification on what backs up toilet pipes

I'd recommend Drain Assist - this service doesn't pressure you to high estimates unlike other 'competing' plumbing services in my opinion. Should I need another job done at home, I'll be looking forward to calling up Trieu :)

My old garbage disposal was leaking on a Sunday night. Trieu replied quickly with a reasonable quote so I checked his excellent references and decided to text him a pic of the leaking disposal. We were able to quickly confirm the price, and set up an appointment for the next morning. I bought the identical disposal model at Home Depot. Trieu arrived exactly on time and did an extremely efficient/organized removal/installation including custom wiring. He is honest, a true expert and very personable. Won't hesitate to call him for future plumbing jobs. 100% excellent service!

Can't recommend Drain Assist enough. Trieu was polite, knowledgeable, promptly came to help, charged a fair rate, and kept his mask on his mouth+nose the whole time. Best of all he really cared about making sure the job was done well. He even stayed longer to try a few more things to get the drain from 80% to 100%. Sadly our pipes are old so 80% is usually the best anyone gets it. In my experience when you find someone who goes the extra mile because they care about doing their job well, you stick with them! That's our plan and I hope it's yours too!

I needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed and my husband was all set to do it. But I was really happy with Trieu's previous work so I decided to call him instead. And I'm sure happy I did! The space under the sink was really tight and he also had to do some extra drilling and configuring. No way could my guy have done that. Lol. He was quick and efficient but still took the time to make sure the new faucet worked perfectly and that all that tubing fit well underneath (a problem we'd had before). I'll be calling him again, no doubt about it. He is professional, pleasant, efficient and reasonably priced.

Trieu is the best in the Business!!! Before our snow trip, I our water heater leak and I was in a panic because we might have to delay our trip or cancel in order to get it fixed. I called Trieu at 12am, yes 12 am and he still picks up the phone and was providing me directions and help me diagnose the problem. He told me he can come first thing tomorrow, get a new tank for me and install everything within 3hrs. The next day he showed up at 8am and went right to work. I noticed he didnt just swap out the tank, but instead changed my whole top water lines as they were corroded. I mean this guy knows his stuff and got everything ready so he doesnt waste time running back and forth. After 3hrs, everything was fixed and he also waited to check for leakage which it didnt leak before he leave. I really appreciate his thorough inspection and quality of work. Nowadays, its hard to find someone who is honest and professional, but Trieu is the guy. If you have plumbing needs or need to change water heater like me, call him, you wont be disappointed. Also because of his fast response that day, I was still able to make it to my snow trip so Thank you so much Trieu!!!
