I HAVE PROOF. LOOK AT MY PICTURES! Rick, the owner, is a SCAMER! PLEASE do not go to this company. He is all talk! He SCAM my mother on fixing a leak in the pipe and guaranteed a 100%. This is the problem. My mother asked for a receipt and told her to wait until the insurance demolition the floor. Once the floor was done. I ask if you can come back because it's still a leak. He said he didn't know what's the problem was but he fixed one part of the problem. Smh, I told him no, and we paid you to fix the problem, not half. Once I called him out, he hung up in my face and never came back. He charged my mother $500 to cut a pipe that wasn't connected to anything and said this was the problem! Smh people, PLEASE DO every MESS WITH COMPANY. RICK IS A SCAMER!

I rarely offer a review other than for excellent service offered that I want to commend and pass on....Rick @ Drain-Aid who serviced our home in Crestline, CA today offered such service...We live in the mountains of CA...Rick not only walked to our home location (because the road was so icey and impassible for his work truck) and diagnosed the problem at no charge...He came back (hiked in) and installed the new kitchen faucet we needed and stopped the leak that had been soaking our floor un noticed for weeks...All of this Christmas week....In addition he was courteous, efficient, professional and fixed the problem for a fair and reasonable price...Forever grateful to Rick...I will request him again for any plumbling issues...THANK YOU, RICK!!!!

This company exploited us in a time of need. Unfortunately they represent everything that has gone wrong in people and our country. They serve money first and people second. We own a short term rental and had people checking in and they were fully aware of this. We had a small leak in a three-quarter inch PVC pipe in the yard. It'sRight before our check in they showed up knowing we needed it fixed and quoted $795. This is a $10 part. After we complained, they reduced the price to $400. We understand that costs are up, but we felt so taken advantage of. Business owners like this will find themselves hurting or out of business in time while others who chose to be honest and help people survive. I would choose a different company as we will not do business with companies like this.

Warning! Worst experience! This guy was Unprofessional, expensive and arrogant. Don't do business with this guy. Called him for estimate, he showed and completed the job without approval. I was forced to pay his ridiculous bill.

After calling two plumbing companies one that was rude and asked if I had a permit ..??.. to fix toilets ?? whatever...and another company that said they would call me back. Waited 30 min. never called back, and then I found Rick! Third one down on the google search wahla!! And true to my excitement he was exactly what I was looking for. No frills, straight to the point and new exactly what the problem was and how to fix it AND after I expressed my concern on pricing but did understand that this work , well good plumbing work is not cheap.. he proceeded to assure me that I would have no problem and confirmed it by extending my warranty on it also due to the fact that I was a new customer! :) Could not be happier!
What most impressed me was how quick he was able to get the job done. Obviously knew what he was doing, oh and had his son assisting which I thought was impressive and showed insight to family values. : ) Will be making another call soon for shower head replacements! ; )

They did not have masks. The owner did come out and changed out the water regulators before I had major problems I did appreciate that. He had to stop working on them because another client had an emergency but said he would send out one of his workers. The worker arrived, I went inside to get him a bottle of cold water. I came out and he said it was fixed. I asked him to turn on the sprinkler valve and when he did the right side flew apart. He finished attaching it to the regulator and left. Over the next few weeks my sprinklers stopped working and there's a leak near the foundation. I called the owner he came back said he would fix the leak for $195 !!! And I needed to get a sprinkler repair person!!

Rick came out with his team on a Saturday in 105 degree weather to help with our water clog/ back flow. He gave us a quote before coming out and charged 2/3rds what the other plumber was going to charge. He fixed the problem efficiently and was very professional. He also gave great advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. Would definitely recommend and would not trust the other negative reviews.

My Home Warranty company sent out a company to fix a stoppage in my kitchen. They sent out the same company twice and both times the stoppage was not fixed. They wanted to charge me $600.00 to install a clean out in my kitchen. I ask them to leave and called Rick at Drain Aid. I have used Rick many times in the past with great results. Rick came out same day, fixed the stoppage less than an hour and No cleanout needed. I paid Rick happily and now I may cancel my home warranty as they sent out inexperienced workers who had cheap equipment. When Rick walk in with professional equipment, I knew I was in the right hands. I had to go out of my home warranty to get someone at my house who actually knows what he is doing.

I feel cheated by this company Drain-Aid Plumbing and I want to warn anyone else from making the same mistake I did. I called them based on all their good reviews. I asked specifically for an estimate. I clarified if there would be a charge for the estimate because I'm on a tight budget. They said the estimate was free.
They came to my home and looked around. About 20 minutes later Rick told me my total was $1,100.00 and they would not leave until they are paid. You can imagine my shock. This is unacceptable business practice and I will have to seek legal help on this and go to the Better Business Bureau. There are many plumbing companies out there to choose from, go with another company who is honest and will be upfront with you. Save yourself the hassle I am going through right now.
