We called Dr. Rooter to unclog our kitchen drain. It has been a persistant problem for a long time. Jerry gave us a good price over the phone and a plumber was here within 3 hours. He was able to clean the clog at the sink but determined that there was stoppage further down the line. They ran the camera through our entire waste system and found the blockage at a piping itersection before the sewer clean out. We hydro jetted the entire waste system. In the mean time, their plumber found a leak in our hot water line. They repaired the leak. Of course, the work performed exceeded the price for the kitchen clog. Jerrys, the owner, price was very reasonable. He is a very fair minded man to deal with. Our drains are clean. The leak is fixed. I cannot say enough good things about the 2 plumbers that did the work here. They were courteous, thourough and very clean. I highly recommend Dr. Rooter for your houshold plumbing emengencies.

I had a clogged sink that needed to be snaked. I spoke to them on Saturday and Jerry (the owner) immediately responded and was able to arrive to my place within a couple of hours. They were able to fix the problem and gave me a reasonable price for the job. I highly recommend them, they are very good at what they do and have great prices.

I've had a plumbing issue in my sewer line leading from my guest bathroom for the past few years. I always band aided the problem but finally decided to call a professional. I reached out to Dr Rooter due to the high rated reviews... those reviews were right! The owner Jerry called me right away and subsequently visited my home. His team assessed the issue and offered different solutions with different pricing. Once a solution was decided, John came out and serviced the plumbing issue. They did excellent work and were cost effective. I was highly satisfied with team Dr Rooter and recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this business for anyone who is looking for honesty and professionalism! Not only that they come here on a Saturday morning, probably for a simple unblock of a toilet. He did not require two hours of minimum payment. He did not try to give a $400 estimate over the phone. He waited till he came here and said if it was easy, he would charge accordingly. And he did that I would highly recommend, anyone who's looking for an honest plumber to use this company.
