They responded to my service request within Yelp quickly with a competitive quote, but then they ghosted us on the morning they were scheduled to arrive. 2 hours after the scheduled time and I've had no contact from them. I tried texting and calling without success. It's the worst feeling and very disruptive (I stayed home this morning waiting for them) to be disregarded like this.

Our sinks were not draining so we contacted the company to help out. Jerry was very persistent in trying to solve the problem and after many attempts was able to remove the clog in our pipes. They were very nice and explained the costs before doing the work. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Rooter was great! Very professional, fast and responsive. We had a slab leak in our bathroom, the hot water pipe sprung a leak. They accessed the problem, gave us a flat rate quote and started that same day rerouting the pipe. They were great I would use them again.

Jerry and his crew did a great job replacing all the old cast iron drains of our house and property. Their technique is effective and minimally invasive. I think their price was about half of what the large companies charge. He and his crew are easy to work with, they get through the job quickly, are punctual, and very friendly. I added a couple more small plumbing jobs to the overall project because I trusted their work. I plan on calling them first from now on, and will recommend them to my friends.

Really fast and good service- won't charge you an arm and a leg. I gave them a call after hours on a Sunday, they were in my house by 8am on Monday and were done by 11am. They replaced my 10+ yr old water heater. I called other places, but they started mentioning after hours costs and a 2 hour labor minimum. This place is straightforward and they worked within my budget.
