Our sewer line broke and sewage was backing up into our downstairs shower. Jerry took my call on a Sunday evening and arranged to come out the next day at 7am. He and his crew were very professional and definitely had the expertise to resolve the issue. They found the break under our driveway, dug through and found that tree roots had broken through the pipe as well as crushed another section of pipe. They cut the roots, replaced the pipe, compacted the dirt and poured concrete by Tuesday afternoon, just two days, all at a very competitive price. The quality of their work and their attention to detail is very impressive.

Broken water main to the house. Called Jerry/Dr Rooter and he had workers to our house within the hour. They found the leak, repaired the pipe and put the yard back in order in no time at all. His team showed up at our house and quickly remove the old one. He called the store to deliver the tankless water heater on the same day. His team took about 3 hours to complete.
