Mr Dickson Lim and colleague came less than 24hr notice to unclog a bathroom sink in my house. I want to say we have used them before at my parent's house and must say he did a great job. In addition to handing today's job, I want add he was very professional and did great job unclogging my sink and clean up right after. Also, he didn't price gouge on price and was very reasonable on the total job. He offer to replace old corroded pipes I had and just added a little cost to my existing job. If you want honest and good workmanship, I would highly recommend Dr Drain Plumbing and Rooter to take care of your plumbing needs! One satisfied customer that I was used in the near future. We had a leak under our kitchen sink and contacted Dr. Drain. Dickson and his assistant responded promptly. They were professional and knowledgeable. While they were working on the sink , we asked them to also look at a toilet that was leaking, and they fixed that before they left as well. As someone who manages many properties , these are the best group of plumbers I have worked with in my years. We had a water burst that took place under the house so lots of digging new line was needed. I had a small leak in my shower, which ""Dr"" Drain charged me to fix. The leak was not fixed, so I called him back. Instead of trying to fix it again, he had his assistant shoot water through the tub overflow, making it look like we suddenly had a major leak and he said we needed $2,000 worth of work. I called him out for this attempted fraud and he then said ""Oh, I just need to screw in your shower head tighter."" This man is NOT trustworthy and does poor work.

Dr. Drain has helped us with a backed up shower, toilet, ect... They snaked it all the way to the public sewer. It was instantly fixed, but the best part of all is how ""CLEAN"" and ""RESPECTFUL"" they were to our home. Our garage sink would back up with water when we ran the washer or kitchen sink. We called Dickson to help clear the drain. Gave us estimates for snake drain or hydro jet, and he let us know the issue would come back and suggest that we change the pipes in the crawlspace. We went with the change of pipes. One of the hardest jobs for Dickson. When he completed the work he informed of the changes he made to my plumbing. He did more than expected and I was amazed at the changes he did. We had a clogged in kitchen at first they help us to snaked it and hydro jet cleaning it . In addition to that, they also inspect our pipes and identify the leak and fix it with a new one. Really professional and efficient. They also help clean up stain in kitchen and spray anti-viral cleaner. Finally, they also unclogged the pipe in our driveway.
