Dickson of Dr. Drain was responsive, and did the two jobs I asked them to do. Their bid was slightly higher than the other five companies that I yelped. However, I hired them because they installed the two drain covers that I requested.

As someone who manages many properties , these are the best group of plumbers I have worked with in my years. We had a water burst that took place under the house so lots of digging new line was needed. Dickson and his crew are straight forward , honest and suggest the most cost efficient method to legally get everything solved. From the time they came out to the time they obtain permits from the city and completed the job was only 2 days in total. I highly recommend them to resolve minor to major issues. I had a small leak in my shower, which ""Dr"" Drain charged me to fix. The leak was not fixed, so I called him back. Instead of trying to fix it again, he had his assistant shoot water through the tub overflow, making it look like we suddenly had a major leak and he said we needed $2,000 worth of work. I called him out for this attempted fraud and he then said ""Oh, I just need to screw in your shower head tighter."" This man is NOT trustworthy and does poor work.

Dr. Drain has helped us with a backed up shower, toilet, ect... They snaked it all the way to the public sewer. It was instantly fixed, but the best part of all is how ""CLEAN"" and ""RESPECTFUL"" they were to our home. No mess, they kindly took their shoes off, repairs where perfect, and just overall friendly. I truly value their workmanship.

Our garage sink would back up with water when we ran the washer or kitchen sink. We called Dickson to help clear the drain. Gave us estimates for snake drain or hydro jet, and he let us know the issue would come back and suggest that we change the pipes in the crawlspace. We went with the change of pipes. One of the hardest jobs for Dickson. When he completed the work he informed of the changes he made to my plumbing. He did more than expected and I was amazed at the changes he did. Thank you for the hard work.

We had a clogged in kitchen at first they help us to snaked it and hydro jet cleaning it . In addition to that, they also inspect our pipes and identify the leak and fix it with a new one. Really professional and efficient. They also help clean up stain in kitchen and spray anti-viral cleaner. Finally, they also unclogged the pipe in our driveway. Really really appreciated all the help here

Disappointingly expensive. Initially need a rooter job for the washer drain pipe for washing machine. Dr. Drain said the pipe was too corroded and it did have a few curves making a rooter job tough. Fine. My senior wife was told that the drain pipe should be replaced. Ok, fine, replace the drain pipe. 5 feet of old metal drain pipe (with P-trap) was cut off and 5 feet of new plastic drain pipe added (with P-trap) and attached by metal clamps. Less than 1 hour labor. Cost was $489.00. Then, wife asked Dr. Drain to replace 1 corroded water supply spigot ($10.00 part) and two water supply hoses (maybe $15.00) and for this: 1) labor to take off old spigot and 2) add new spigot, 3) take off old water supply hoses and 4) replace with new hoses was 15 minutes max, cost was $245.00. When I got home and saw the bill, texted Dr. Drain to ask for an explanation of the 2nd charge being so high. They texted back ""we came up with $245.00 as we had to add a (water) supply hose and move your laundry (equipment) back in place. This washer and dryer was moved a total of 4 feet. All in all, paid $734.00 for about $30.00 of materials and about an hour of labor. Dr. Drain sent a $100.00 check rebate but I will say ""homeowner"" beware as they go after home run pricing. Workmanship is fine. Pricing is questionable.
