Down the Drain Plumbing came through for us big time. I recently met the owner Alex and got his business card. Sometime later we had a clog in our mainline and I thought of Down the Drain Plumbing. I tried to clear the drain myself but had no luck. I called Alex on Friday afternoon and he came to see the job right away to see if it was a quick fix. It was not and he had another appointment. I was worried because we had visitors coming the next day and would have to cancel all the plans. Alex said he will finish his other appointment and return in the evening to clear the drain. He advised that he would have to remove both my toilets because they ran back to back. I'm glad he did because the snake kept jumping the drain and could have damaged the other toilet. Our plumbing is old and was very difficult to get the snake Down the Drain. Alex set up his camera and watched on his cell phone as he adjusted the snake head and got it to drop Down the Drain. It was very clever and he finally got the drain unclogged. He advised it was one of the more difficult drains he has worked on because of the amount of scaling in the pipe. We were so happy he cleared the drain and reinstalled both toilets. The whole job was very neat and clean and I couldn't even tell he was in the house. Also we never wear shoes in the house so he wore shoe covers, thanks Alex. I will be recommending and calling you on the next one.

They made a really detailed knowledgeable assessment and was able to resolve it in 2 hours time.
I don't give him 5 stars because of the total cost of repair. But service wise was really good.

Down the Drain plumbing was great, highly recommended. Quick response and clear communication, easy to work with, and it was evident that Alex really wanted to find the right solution for our specific problem, and not just complete the job and move on. We had a clogged drainage pipe outside of our house. Alex responded quickly and came out the same day, inspected the situation and provided a clear estimate for what he could do. He ultimately snaked the pipe from multiple angles, and then used video to confirm the final state. He went above and beyond to make sure we were in the best situation possible, and put in extra effort to clean up the area once he was done - leaving it in better condition than how he found it. I would definitely use Down the Drain Plumbing in the future (though hope I never have to!).

Fully expecting that they would have no availability being how late it was in the day, I prepared myself having to deal with the clogged sink till the morning.
