They made a really detailed knowledgeable assessment and was able to resolve it in 2 hours time.
I don't give him 5 stars because of the total cost of repair. But service wise was really good.

Down the Drain plumbing was great, highly recommended. Quick response and clear communication, easy to work with, and it was evident that Alex really wanted to find the right solution for our specific problem, and not just complete the job and move on. We had a clogged drainage pipe outside of our house. Alex responded quickly and came out the same day, inspected the situation and provided a clear estimate for what he could do. He ultimately snaked the pipe from multiple angles, and then used video to confirm the final state. He went above and beyond to make sure we were in the best situation possible, and put in extra effort to clean up the area once he was done - leaving it in better condition than how he found it. I would definitely use Down the Drain Plumbing in the future (though hope I never have to!).

I had an issue this morning with the water not getting flushed in the toilet. Alex immediately responded to my query and was more than willing to drive all the way from Hayward to Tracy.. such a long drive on a weekend. He came on time and explained the issue and also walked me through the problem. He was able to fix the issue in just 15 mins.

Alex is great. We have had an on/off working toilet for about two weeks. We finally find time to check the sewage pipe outside. And we see the pipe is clogged with water. We contact him from Yelp. He came immediately and in a timely manner. And went right in to solve the issue. Figured out the main sewer line clogged issue toward the street. Then he used a 130+ ft snake system to clean the pipe for about half an hour. He explained every step before he did anything. So we understand what he is doing. Soon he completed, the toilet that was clogged is now flash-free.
