Martin called within minutes of asking to get additional information from the online yelp quoting system. We got down to the problems I was experiencing and what the potential causes could be - and gave me a timeline of when he could come and check it out.
It was quick! He dropped by, investigated what the issue was and quickly narrowed in on a solution. He also came to get supplies with me and made sure I was satisfied with the work performed. Would recommend him anyone who's looking for quality plumber!

Martin is a true professional.I had a pipe break and cause alot of damage in my ceiling on the weekend. Had trouble finding anyone to come out. I Requested a quote sunday morning and in 30 min he was at my door. He assessed the problem and gave me a great deal that beat out 3 other plumbers. Before he even got started he was able to refer me to restoration company to fix all the damages. He was done in 45 minutes and even checked other plumbing issues in the house. Definitely recommend.

Called Down the Drain Plumbing to have a drain pipe leak fixed. They were able to come out and identify the leak same day. When an associate took a phone call they were asked to take the phone call outside.
