Happy and relieved with their service. We had a pipe leaked in our front lawn that requires digging and pipe replacement. Martin gave us a reasonable quote plus some additional replacement free of charge. Martin and his team got the job done in a timely manner. Martin came on Late Sunday afternoon to try and snake a sewer clog. He is the only one who answered the phone. Martin was great! He works very hard and does so smartly. I called him early one morning and he was there by the following morning. He gave me a very reasonable estimate before any work was started. His pricing is much better than the two other Plumbers' I called. He also didn't try and add work once he got here. In the process of getting my house stucco'd I can across a dreaded leak in the wall. I could see water coming from the wall. I called Down the Drain Plumbing, after looking for a local plumber on yelp. I was worried that this leak would throw everything off. I didn't expect the kind of service I received. Martin is one of the most reliable and proficient plumbers I've encountered. He is very accessible, punctual, and fair in pricing and delivers as promised. Martin and his team did an excellent job replacing all of our old petrified and corroded bathroom cast iron piping with new ABS piping. I'm glad I called Down The Drain Plumbing team. Martin was able to come over within less than 30 mins and fixed our leaking kitchen faucet. Luckily, I bought all the parts before I called him. He was able to fix it with no issues and less than an hour. He was very professional and provided honest service. The price is very fair and I could not be more happier with the quality service. I noticed that something was leaking in our garage and found out that our water heater had leaked. After calling a couple companies, I decided to give Martin a call based off of his good Yelp reviews and professionalism over the phone. He was able to come down that same morning to take a look at our problem. He then replaced our water heater later that afternoon. He also mentioned that we might have had an issue with our water pressure valve, and might need to get it replaced. I made the decision to hold off on that, but guess what...he was right! We did indeed have a water pressure problem. Martin had also recommended us to a company to help with our wall restoration. And provided us with a follow up call to make sure everything was ok and to answer any of our concerns and questions. His plumbing knowledge and professionalism are definitely top notch. Will definitely use again!

Martin and his partner, Grant, did a great job for me. I wanted to add a utility sink, water softener, water filter, and an electric water heater in a space in my garage that didn't have any plumbing set up already.

I knew it was going to be a lot of work, so I called around. Initially I called one of the bigger local companies, but they wanted to change my more than doubled what I wound up paying with Down the Drain.

I purchased all the equipment and the guys spent the better part of a day getting it plumbed up. After my electrician finished hooking the water heater, everything worked great.

Now I have soft and filtered water that is heated by my solar - exactly what I wanted. It made me relieved that Martin told me he stood behind his work with a one warranty. Thanks again, Martin!
