This past week was crunch time in the office. The plumbing issues at home was really not helping the situation. I Googled plumbing services in Brooklyn and yelp was one of the first options, so I hopped on it and saw Dovis yelping reviews. I was hesitant to call on Sunday, thinking that they're probably too busy to see me this week but a very nice gentleman answered the phone and set me up for a Tuesday appointment (this morning). It happened to be Dovi who showed up promptly at 9am to take a look at my sink leak. I don't know much about plumbing but Dovis really helped me understand what the issue was, where it most likely originated from and how to resolve it in the best way. He told me I needed a certain pipe replaced which he might have in the truck. Sure enough he came back a couple minutes later and installed the piece where there on the spot! The process was so sweet for a service company, especially for a plumbing job. I figured with such a professional experience, he would surely make me pay for it. But considering i was paying out of pocket, i found his pricing very reasonable for the nature of the job. Dovis was delightful and professional to deal with from start to finish and I will definitely refer him to friends and family in the neighborhood. All I got to say now is... Dovi... you're #1 in a number 2 business ;)

Great service. Showed up right on time, very helpful guys who quickly identified the problems with my boiler gas supply and water heater. Highly recommended. Given my house seems to have plenty of plumbing problems thanks to a shoddy developer I'll be using Dovi to help me fix them all!

Dov was responsive and reliable. He was able to fix he problem within hours of my call. My tub was clogged and a snake didn't work. Unfortunately, he had to break the wall to repair it, which increased the cost. Overall, it was a reasonable price. He was fast and clean. Thank you Dov.

I had a great experience. My contact was Yuda and he is very nice, funny and professional. He tried to accommodate us last minute but it didn't work out for the same day, but they came the next day early in the morning. I hope we don't need to use them again, but if we do have any issue we will certainly contact them again.

Man oh man! What a stand up guy! My water heater was leaking and I didn't want to chance my skills against something so necessary (to a point) as a water heater. Dovi came out...on Halloween!!! Pulled the old water heater out and sure enough, it was split. He scored a brand spankin new one and slapped it in certainly in less time than what I could have. The soldering looks phenomenal! Ok, so you know he can do work, but how was he personally? Super rad! Super friendly, easy to talk to. I'm not one to hover when someone is doing their work but I say I'm the garage, mainly out of boredom, and we just chatted. AND!!! He even let me take a goofy Halloween picture with me as a Care Bear while he's working. (Again, boredom!) He's a straight shooter and won't tell you to go maximum size water heater just because. Way friendly and an all around good guy! Would definitely call him up for projects I'm geeked out about in the future.

Dov is a professional Plummer no question in my mind , I have a bad sink clogged and came in the same day and I have recived a text messages with updates on when he will arrive , He did show up on time and used a machine to fix the issue and it was the 2nd expensive option however he was right at market prices if not actually less then others I spoken to before I hired him. Bottom line he shows up with a young man he long him and that young man was super Helpful and super smart. I would definitely recommend and use their device again if ever needed. Paid with Credit card and got my an email with the entire transaction.

A plumber that calls you back? How about a plumber that asks you to text a few snapshots so they understand the nature of the situation? What about a plumber that shows up when he says he's going to show up? Unheard of you say? Well until I found Dovi, I'd called three different plumbers, including the plumber we've used for over 20 years only to repeatedly leave messages that were never returned. Dovi returns calls. I simply needed an aging basement sump pump replaced and Dovi showed up with his helper, on time, prepared with the correct replacement pump and did the installation quickly and cleanly. We got the labor and parts price up front and, in the end, he told us the cost of the pump was less than he quoted and that was reflected in his bill. So, add HONEST to that list as well. It doesn't get better than that when it comes to plumbers.
