After several calls and discussions for a very small plumbing project David accepted the work then proceeded to waste 3+ weeks to come to do the work ( replumbing 2 small bathrooms). After committing to do the work for an agreed upon price he stood me and my business up. I am now in a predicament where my work is being delayed due to David Dovis' unprofessionalism. I would highly recommend NOT using Dovis plumbing as they are not professional and do not keep their commitments. DO NOT USE!!!

Received estimates online on Yelp for toilet wax seal replace due to leakage. When prices were quoted all were between $240.00 and $250.00. Dovis did not issue an online price quote but I figured it would at least be in that price range and all companies (including) Dovis were many- starred recommends. When I called they advised there was a $45.00 estimate fee that would be deducted from the job if hired. I seriously needed it repaired and again figuring the above price range quoted from other companies was reasonable I had them come out. The plumber (Willie) was prompt, courteous and professional but I was more than a little shocked when he quoted a job price of of $381.89 for the job. As I had already taken the day off (and in addition would have a $45.00 estimate bill to pay if I declined the repair) I reluctantly went ahead with it. Willie did a competent and efficient job but having to pay more than a third more than the going rate to Dovis for his services was not a pleasant thing for me. I will not consider their services in the event of any future plumbing issues.

Absolutely amazing professionals. I contacted them after pretty much gutting my house and needing a lot of plumbing services. They were responsive, came within a few days of my call. Mark took time to walk me through all the work pre and post. Can't say enough about what a great experience it was.

Stay away from this place!. I called in because my restaurant has been getting the kitchen drain clogged. They told me they could unclog it but it was not going to be a long term solution. To unclog they charged me $395 and, told me to fix it long term it costed $2500!!!. Of course I proceed to just do the uncloggin, while I found a company that would give me a better price to fix it long term. They came in at 6:00pm and at 11:00 am next day it was already clogged!!!. Like it said I knew the service was not long term but I mean in less than 24hr it was clogged again!!!!!. I called the company an they said """"Sorry service doesn't have warranty"""". Apparently they placed smalled letters in my Invoice saying no warranty, but the technician (Who had an attitude as well) never said that the service had no warranty if not I would not have paid it. I hope they become rich by those $395 they charged me. As I said, if you want a company that worries about doing a good service and not only money this is not it!

Professional and competent services by friendly and knowledgeable plumbing technicians. The response to our urgent need for service was fast. I strongly recommend Dovis. They have COVID precautions in place and according to the techs themselves they are being tested weekly. Oh, and did I say that their charges are very reasonable for the work they do?! They are.
