I want to give a shout out to two of your experienced and hard working plumbers. Ricky Day and Jesus Rosario were asked to find a leak in my laundry room inside my apartment unit. Originally, the maintenance personnel in my building tried but were unable to find the issue. They gave up and called in the professionals at Douglas Orr Plumbing. Ricky and Jesus were knowledgeable and worked until they found the problem. It was a very tricky situation, but their plumbing expertise and perseverance are the reasons they found the leak. I truly appreciate their help during a very stressful day!

Called afterhours, Sunday, and followed prompts for emergency and left a message, was quickly called back and the person gave me good information and quote, I agreed and she put me in the queue, two or three were ahead of me so took about 4-5 hours, Ryan called on his way and again when he got there. He explained all my options and we agreed on what work to do for now to stop the leak. Took about an hour and cost was very reasonable considering work on Sunday. My second time using Douglas Orr and will use again for sure. I highly recommend them.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! DO NOT USE THEM!! The girls are rude and the plumbers don't know what they are doing. A plumber came to fix a leaky faucet-replaced a washer, $200 later it busted again. They came back-again didn't fix properly-Now they want to charge us $200 a third time to come. They say they're honest and in business forever-do not believe them!!!!!

Very bad! They have a pitch and catch with Green Companies manager Pete Rodriguez were they over charge tenants for a commission to Pete and Green Company. Total Rip Off. Charged $300 for a $25 job. Worst of the Worst, making complaint with BBA. Stay away.

My experience with them was very good. My plumber Luis was effective and fixed my toilet which overflowed. He was nice and professional. The pricing was reasonable. I like that the prices are upfront too unlike other companies that pick prices out of the air. I would definitely use them again if I had another issue. Thanks again!

Had them come out 2 different times to my animal hospital. They were prompt, Rene was very professional, quick and fixed the issue within minutes both times. Very impressed!! Pricing was good as well.

We had a broken water trap in our bathroom. I called Douglas Orr on Friday and set an appointment for Monday at 8:30 AM. The operator was very polite and honest about pricing. The plumber was prompt, he arrived just before 8:30. He went straight to work and fixed the issue within an hour. He did a fantastic job, I will definitely use Douglas Orr for future issues with plumbing

I will never use Douglas Orr Plumbing again because of the following unconscionably bad customer (dis)service experience: I scheduled a non-emergency service call for the replacement of 4 existing faucets (3 bathroom, 1 kitchen). I was given the window of 11 - 3 for arrival of the plumber and was told that the plumber would call 30 minutes in advance of arrival. I unpacked each faucet, cleaned out the cabinet under each sink and turned off the water. I started calling at 2:30 p.m. to find out when the plumber would arrive. I was told he was running behind because of """"an extremely busy plumbing day"""" but that he would arrive close to 3. The last time I called for an ETA I was told I'd be charged overtime for the service call. I spoke with Mary Jo, Assistant Manager, and she agreed that OT would be inappropriate given the fact that the delay was due entirely to Douglas Orr. Luis finally arrived at 4:30 p.m. and told me it would take 6 hours (!!!) to install the 4 faucets but that I would be charged overtime only after 6 - as a courtesy! We spoke with Mary Jo again who told us that her boss had mandated that I pay overtime and had then left the office. I asked to speak with both the President and owner but, conveniently, neither was in the office. I then asked Luis to leave. So, after waiting at home all day I still have 4 faucets to install. I would strongly recommend against using Douglas Orr Plumbing.

They came out to my house to fix leaky foundation pipes and the guy worked on 2 leaks. He fixed one and the other one he could not fix and made the situation worse. He basically just gave up and charged me $1000.00 and left. Don't use these plumbers!
