I want to give a shout out to two of your experienced and hard working plumbers. Ricky Day and Jesus Rosario were asked to find a leak in my laundry room inside my apartment unit. Originally, the maintenance personnel in my building tried but were unable to find the issue. They gave up and called in the professionals at Douglas Orr Plumbing. Ricky and Jesus were knowledgeable and worked until they found the problem. It was a very tricky situation, but their plumbing expertise and perseverance are the reasons they found the leak. I truly appreciate their help during a very stressful day!

I don't what this business is . But I did buy anything and was charged 98.93. I a old lady I live on 1.000.00 a month. I count my penny.. and I was charge 98.93 came out of my account. These people have stolen form a old lady. Then you call and guy said he can't hear me and I can't understand him.. A BIG REPOFF..

I needed a new tankless water heater. I called several plumbers and each one of them tried to upsell me and charge me more than what I wanted to spend (even after I explained how much I could spend). I got frustrated reached out to Home Depot who put me in contact with Douglas Orr plumbing and had my tankless water heater installed the next day. All the other companies wanted me to wait 3 or more days knowing that I had zero hot water in my home. Billy arrived on time, was very nice and professional and did the job quickly. I'd also like to say that Mary in the office is also a very knowledgeable, kind and helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this company. It's hard to find good employees these days and wanted to make sure I appreciated the extra steps they took to help me the next day!

Great experience with Douglas Orr. They were reliable and quick to respond. Nathan came to the apartment and he did a terrific job. He is professional and knows what he's talking about. The only con I have about Douglas Orr is they charge $160 just to come and inspect. I would prefer a lesser rate, and then an incremental charge based on the work that needs to be done. In my case, it turned out that he just needed to adjust my faucet to fix a leak. Either way, I would use them again because it's hard to find a technician who has the right skills to do the job.
