I called and they came for an estimate the same day. It was for $495, and I hired them. I didn't hear from them for a over a week. I left a couple of very nice messages. I know plumbers must be busy. I finally got in touch with them and scheduled a date. Guy called me on the day of the appointment and said the place he went to pick up the part had the wrong part. He was going to go to another place and look, but if he had to order it, he would let me know that afternoon. I have since called a couple of times. I was very nice. All I wanted was a status. Nothing. That was two weeks ago. I guess if the job isn't $1000s of dollars, they can't be bothered. Google, please come up with a review that has a zero or -1, -2, -3, -4, -5. I would give them a -5. I hired someone else.

We live in the Tyrone area and were having plumbing concerns. I called Don's Plumbing around 11:30 AM. Guy told me he and his son, Guy, could come today, between 1 and 3. I was shocked when the doorbell rang at 12:50. Most tradesmen run late and keep you waiting. Not this father and son team. These guys were so nice and knowledgeable. My concerns ended up being unwarranted. They quickly fixed an under sink issue and wanted to leave without charging us. If you want plumbers that are kind, honest, fair and knowledgeable, Don's Plumbing is the one for you. I'm 60-Years-old and have never had a better experience with tradesmen coming to my home. Needless to say, when my REAL plumbing problems emerge, I wouldn't call anyone else; you shouldn't either. This father and son team are the real deal; truly they are 5-Star plumbers and 5-Star people. Thanks Don's Plumbing!!!! You're the best!!!

Can't speak highly enough of dons plumbing. Called them this morning. Guy answered right away. Extremely nice! Came out same day. Fixed our clog and checked all the pipes inside and outside of the house. We have had a couple plumbers out over the past 10 years. Will never call anyone else!! Nice to have great customer service. Thank you!!

I have called Don's plumbing multiple times for a range of leak issues at my home, and they have gone above and beyond with every visit. I recently had a leaking pipe in a wall immediately next to a grand piano, and other local plumbers were not willing to guarantee that they wouldn't damage the (irreplaceable) piano in completing the repair. I called Don's and explained my problem, and had a very helpful conversation on how to best proceed without having to risk moving the piano. Ted came to complete the repairs and was not only incredibly efficient and effective in completing the repair (with an undamaged piano alongside him), but was also super pleasant to work with as well-- and very conscientious of not leaving any mess behind. The overall cost was a fraction of what others had quoted and was completed very quickly, which has consistently been my experience with Don's Plumbing. So glad I can depend on them when I'm surprised with plumbing woes!

Unfortunately, I cannot leave much of a review because they were a no-call, no-show for an appointment set two days in advance. It is disappointing, but not surprising, how difficult it is to find plumbers available on weekends. I chose their business both because of the convenience of their hours, and how good their reviews seemed to be. When I talked to Guy on the phone, my first impression was great. He seemed very professional. At fifteen minutes after our scheduled time, I left a message on their voicemail saying I was just making sure they were still coming. By an hour and a half later, knowing their day was now over, I was leaving a second message to tell them I assumed they were not coming, and that I would contact another plumber. I still have not gotten a reply call. I understand that plumbers are very busy, and things come up, and I would have been forgiving if they had just communicated with me. Luckily, at Adam's Plumbing, Dan returned my call within 20 minutes, and set a last minute appointment the same day!

What a joke of a company. Completely no showed on the first appointment, an hour late on the 3 hour window on the second appointment and then sent some guy here who had no clue what was going on and left. I'll never use them again and I highly recommend you don't call them.

I called Don's Plumbing and Guy Marcoux called me back.. I described what I needed done and even told him that I was right around the corner from his business address. He said that he would be at my job address on Tuesday between 8:15 and 8:30 am. I waited until 8:45 and called him. He said """" I don't see you on my schedule"""" and I described our conversation and he stated that he """" seems to remember the conversation"""" . He said that he was In St Petersburg Beach and would be available that afternoon. I told him to call me when he is on the way. He stated that his helper """" cleaned out the truck"""". I have called and left 3 voice messages and I have not heard from him. Now I know why he has not gotten any reviews, good or bad since 6/16.

I'm a single, working mom and not at all handy. When the pipe under my kitchen sink separated and began leaking, I initially tried to tighten and fix it myself and then had to leave it alone before making it worse. I found Don's Plumbing on here, great reviews, called in the morning to try to figure out a time I could leave work to come home to meet a plumber. The guy who answered the phone was super nice, asked what time I came home from work. I said around 5:30. The plumber was already at my house when I got home from work with my child, he came in, fixed the problem in about 15 minutes, then told me to have a great night and left. I ran outside to ask him if they were just going to mail me a bill or what. He said, """"Oh no, I'm not going to charge for this ... Call us when you have a real problem."""" I was floored. I will absolutely call them next time, plus I've already recommended them to everyone I know. Great people, great customer service!

Wow. What else can I say? I just had an incredibly great experience with a plumber -- not something I ever expected to say, honestly. I got a call back a day after I called, and got an apology because they had taken a day off. Scott came out exactly when he said he would and did all of the work installing a new kitchen faucet, an under-sink water filter, and a garbage disposal all at a very reasonable price. He checked everything and cleaned everything up better than he found it. I even asked about some toilet issues (not part of the original request) and got that taken care of as well. Scott was incredibly nice, and welcomed my daughter watching him work. It almost felt like a family member was doing the the work. I would highly recommend Don's plumbing in a heartbeat, and will definitely use them again when I have the need.
