I called Don's Plumbing and Guy Marcoux called me back.. I described what I needed done and even told him that I was right around the corner from his business address. He said that he would be at my job address on Tuesday between 8:15 and 8:30 am. I waited until 8:45 and called him. He said """" I don't see you on my schedule"""" and I described our conversation and he stated that he """" seems to remember the conversation"""" . He said that he was In St Petersburg Beach and would be available that afternoon. I told him to call me when he is on the way. He stated that his helper """" cleaned out the truck"""". I have called and left 3 voice messages and I have not heard from him. Now I know why he has not gotten any reviews, good or bad since 6/16.

I'm a single, working mom and not at all handy. When the pipe under my kitchen sink separated and began leaking, I initially tried to tighten and fix it myself and then had to leave it alone before making it worse. I found Don's Plumbing on here, great reviews, called in the morning to try to figure out a time I could leave work to come home to meet a plumber. The guy who answered the phone was super nice, asked what time I came home from work. I said around 5:30. The plumber was already at my house when I got home from work with my child, he came in, fixed the problem in about 15 minutes, then told me to have a great night and left. I ran outside to ask him if they were just going to mail me a bill or what. He said, """"Oh no, I'm not going to charge for this ... Call us when you have a real problem."""" I was floored. I will absolutely call them next time, plus I've already recommended them to everyone I know. Great people, great customer service!

Wow. What else can I say? I just had an incredibly great experience with a plumber -- not something I ever expected to say, honestly. I got a call back a day after I called, and got an apology because they had taken a day off. Scott came out exactly when he said he would and did all of the work installing a new kitchen faucet, an under-sink water filter, and a garbage disposal all at a very reasonable price. He checked everything and cleaned everything up better than he found it. I even asked about some toilet issues (not part of the original request) and got that taken care of as well. Scott was incredibly nice, and welcomed my daughter watching him work. It almost felt like a family member was doing the the work. I would highly recommend Don's plumbing in a heartbeat, and will definitely use them again when I have the need.

I called at close to 11am and left a message. Got a call back 30 minutes later and they were over at my house by 3:30, exactly when they said they would be there. We had a shower cartridge replaced, they explained everything they did, and he made some recommendations for future usage. In and out in 30 minutes and both of them were very nice! Hoping they won't need to come back, but if needed they will definitely be the ones I call!

My elderly folks used them to install a sink in their condo. They wanted the handle rotated 30 degrees from the way it was installed. They said it couldn't be done. I loosened one screw rotated it to desired position whole process took 45 seconds..... poor form!

Sounds like Don is no longer with us yet his team is keeping the name in his honor. I needed a new sink put in my condo and they did a great job. Professional, kind and easy to accommodate. They did such a great job that I had them help my 85 year old mother fix the filter in her sink along with a new faucet. I highly recommend

I have never felt more confident in a contractor in my life. Trustworthy, dependable, honest, timely, knowledgeable..fair. .I bought an old condo on St. Pete Beach..Upstairs lady had a leak causing me issues, which Scott repaired promptly. I had called them for myself to update 3 turn off valves, a pipe,, a toilet, 2 undersink lines. I called Friday &he was there Monday am & sent day repairing items. I headed back to Maryland with confidence & peace of mind & chestnuts :-)

I had a great experience with Don's Plumbing today. Called at 8:30 this morning with a badly leaking kitchen sink and by 9:15, Scott was here and in a matter of minutes, he determined the problem was the faucet. It took about an hour to get the parts to replace the faucet and by 11:30, I was doing dishes in my sink again! Can't recommend them enough!!

Seriously? I think these guys are the poster children for all plumbers, Lazy. I called them for service and they said they wouldn't even drive 2 miles from where they """"hang out on St Pete Beach"""". If they won't even make this small effort to make money and earn business I'd hate to see what kind of plumbing work they do. I'd pass on these guys. Or they may even pass on you when you call.
