I called today because my shower wasn't draining and a super cool guy by the name of Doni came by to assist me with my plumbing problem. He came on time (actually early) and was kind and knowledgeable. He was quick and he made sure to clean up after the repair. I would call him again for sure! If you are looking for a kind and efficient plumber then I would call this company for sure. They were reasonably priced and trustworthy. Thanks Doni!

Update: so I have to call donlon plumbing back again that same night because when I went to use my shower it wasn't working so I called around 11 PM and they came right out. the gentleman on the phone was courteous nice and did not make me feel as though I was an inconvenience. the gentleman that came was kind and had a customer oriented demeanor. I knew it was super late but he stayed for about an hour to fix the problem and made sure that it was all done and clean and completed before he left so appreciate that! They stood behind their initial service and you can be that!!! I would definitely recommend them again to someone else.

Donlon Plumbing came out to my place for two separate jobs. The first was a gas leak which they came out right away to fix. While the plumber was there he also checked the fittings and tightened nearby joints in the pipe to ensure gas wasn't coming out of anywhere else.

The reason for the low rating is because of the second job. I had new washer and dryer hookups installed in my home. We thought everything was fine because the exposed portion of the pipes looked great. A few weeks later we had a water leak and it was coming from the internal portion of the washer and dryer hookups.

That's when we noticed the job wasn't done as great as we thought it was. It looked to us like spare parts were put together in sort of a puzzle fashion to create a functioning water pipe. Since the spare part pieces were used, it created a greater opportunity for leaks to develop in the unnecessary couplings and joints.

Donlon Plumbing sent out a plumber right away to stop the leak and promised to send out a contractor to repair the drywall and electrical connections. I was hoping they would opt to redo the internal plumbing correctly this time. The leak was stopped but a contractor never showed up. I called Pete/Donlon Plumbing twice and never heard back.

I have since had two separate contractors look at the Donlon work and in both instances these contractors referred to it as a ""Mickey Mouse job"".

Donlon Plumbing is not cheap and I had hoped their work would reflect that. The price we paid for the install warranted something much better than what they did.

I had a regular plumber that I used for years. Unfortunately he was so busy that he was not regularly available even for emergencies. On the advice of a neighbor I switched to Donlon Plumbing. These folks are great! Available 24/7 and they absolutely stand behind their work. Having a 100 year old house can be a challenge, especially when it comes to plumbing. The Donlon folks know their stuff and they get things done in timely and efficient manner without doing/billing for unnecessary work. I have referred them to many of my friends and all have been very satisfied with them.

Donlon Plumbing is the BEST!!! Vic arrived on time and called 20 min prior to arrival. Vic was polite, tidy, efficient, and extraordinarily knowledgeable and highly skilled. Vic's attention to detail is unmatched. Other plumbers wanted to cut a hole in a back wall for plumbing access. Vic was able to weld existing plumbing and replace only as absolutely necessary. Everything works perfectly! No holes in the wall. No scratched tiles. Donlon plumbing saved us a bundle by sending such a highly qualified and skilled plumber.

My husband replaced our water heater today. Just so happened, Donny from Donlon Plumbing was working next door. My husband asked him if he would mind helping lift the water heater into place. Despite the fact that we did not purchase the water heater through Donlon Plumbing, Donny graciously agreed to help my husband. Donny actually lifted the water heater into place by himself! He asked for nothing in return. We will in the future be using Donlon Plumbing for any plumbing issues my husband cannot fix himself! Thanks Donny!

I called Donlon plumbing for an emergency and they came out very promptly! Everyone I dealt with from the person taking my call to the Plummer that came out was very nice and professional. Donlon took care of a customer for life, rather than a quick buck! I'll never call another plumber again.
Had another plumber tell me I needed to replace a large item. It was more than I have to spend right now so I was going to live with it. My real estate agent sends everyone he knows to Donlon and encouraged me to just call and see if there was an alternative fix. Sure was! The broken item did not have to be replaced to begin with. It just needed a clean out which Vic did and got the sink working great. I didn't tell Vic the issue until after he was done. I wanted to see what he was going to tell me, not knowing what the other plumber suggested. Vic was so honest and conscientious, he listened and went through everything step by step. He saved me money and more importantly established trust.
