We recently updated our countertops which included a new sink. Once they were installed, we needed plumbing done ASAP as we had been without a kitchen for well over a week. Donlon Plumbing got a plumber out to us within 12 hours....on a Saturday even. I love that I can rely on our plumbers at Donlon Plumbing! Mark was great and was fast and efficient. He was even able to troubleshoot a couple of issues we thought we had, rather than recommending us buying a brand new faucet. He worked with what we had. These guys are great. We had a leaky tub/shower faucet so not an emergency. Got an appointment for the next day. Plumber was prompt and courteous. He replaced 55 year old faucets, knobs and connections and shower head. Work was done quickly and price was reasonable.

My son was unhappy with the shower head pressure so I called them and they immediately sent the plumber back and he changed out the shower head for free. Everything works great now!

I highly recommend Donlon Plumbing and will continue to give them our business!!

I called them this morning with a plumbing issue. They kindly said they could have someone out by about 3:00. They called me to say they could get here earlier which they did. Super service, polite, punctual and great pricing. I used Donlon to service a commercial location and they did a great job cleaned up after work was completed and the pricing was excellent. Also the office staff is super polite and helpful and they kept me updated and responded to my inquiries promptly-I even got to speak with the owner when the office personnel was not in yet and he was great! It's Baseball Season now and I had 5 plumbing jobs to get done. When you go 5 for 5 in baseball your an All Star! When your plumber does it, they get little credit.
I went to the Bullpen and called Donlon!
If there not in your lineup then put them on the team. Those guys hit homers!!!

Work done was quick and in a timely manner. Originally quoted me for $150 and once the shower cartridge was replaced I was invoiced $110. My only complaint would be that the plumber who replaced my shower cartridge scratched up the finish of the escutcheon. Otherwise, great job and would hire again

I have now used these guys many, many times, at our old house to: fix some pipes busted by accident (no names honey) during sprinkler installation, to repipe under our house (in which they sent their smallest guy to fit in our tiny crawl space) with a new kitchen remodel, to putting in pipes in new patio concrete, to installing new laundry plumbing to a different area of the house, installing a new tankless water heater, to lateral sewer inspection when we were selling that house, installing a new filtration installation on our new house, so many, many visits by now. I should have reviewed them sooner. They always pick up the phone, show up on time, come with everything they need, have been super nice and friendly (every single one), gotten the job done well and I have never felt like I was possibly overcharged. What more can I ask for? Feels a little more professional than some other plumbers we have used, and will continue to call them for our plumbing needs in the future.

Our hot water was only a trickle. Neighbor on Silverstrand recommended Donlon. Boy were they right. Mark Melton showed up on time, 3 hrs after I called. He diagnosed and fixed the problem which turned out to be a nipple on top of the water heater. He didnt try to up sell to a new heater. And then he fixed a leaky shower head. All done within an hour, no drama, just great results. Very very satisfied. Will be a Donlon customer from here on in.

Water heater had
broken. Sent pictures as requested. Got quote and set appt. installers came on time and told me I had to buy a direct drive water heater because of new California regulations.
Cost difference over $1000 ( more than twice original quote). Didn't have much choice- needed hot water). Staff was pleasant. New water heater works. At over $2000 , it better last for very long, long time.
