After assurances that they would come look at my sprinkler heads for replacement, they called me back on the day of the appointment stating they won't work on sprinkler heads that are on an irrigation system. I waited 10 days for the appointment.

So I can't comment on their services except that the people on the phone are nice enough, if uneducated on their company policies.

Great experience with Done Rite. My HVAC died entirely. Wouldn't even turn on. I'm an IT technician and fairly equipment savvy and began troubleshooting on my own. I rewired what appear to be the wiring failure. Everything started working EXCEPT the A/C wouldn't cool.

I messaged around several places to shop for quotes, explaining what I had tried already, and several places responded with quotes. To my surprise, Done Rite, sent me a few more troubleshooting steps rather than just sending a quote. I followed their suggestions but still couldn't get cool air to flow. I called them and they sent a technician out first thing the next morning.

They sent a technician named Dustin. He was on time, very friendly, and up on the roof he happily gave me a tour of my A/C's internals, and walked me through his various tests. He pointed out the system had be repaired in the past by somebody else, what they had done, and why. He showed me I had very nearly fixed it on my own but adjust a small wiring error, and BAM! The A/C kicked on and ran perfectly after his change.

He billed me a reduced price too, saying I had done nearly all the work for him and wanted the price to be fair and reflect that. It was about half of what other places quoted me. So I was very grateful to get expert and friendly service, that was also fair and adjusted for my specific situation, rather than just a cold hard quote.

The big pluses for me was:
+NOT focusing solely on the bottom line
+NOT immediately sending a quote, but giving me a chance to continue troubleshooting.
+PROMPTLY coming out when I yielded to needing a pro.
+FRIENDLY and PERSONAL service while on site
+PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE when seeing my old/bypassed wiring, twice repaired A/C unit and knowing exactly what was going on, and going wrong
+FAIR PRICING, beating everybody else I reached out to

I was blown away. I will be recommending them to everybody know!

Just had Darren service the unit. These guys are the best, so glad I got them. Nice to be cool in the Sonoran Desert! I like everything about how they operate. You should look for them if you need AC cooling.

Done Rite is terrific. I contacted them regarding replacement of a Federal Pacific Panel on my house that I recently purchased. They responded promptly to my inquiry, and sent someone out the same day...on a SUNDAY! Jordan was very professional and kind. He thoroughly explained how they would replace the panel and the work they would do. He also explained that it would be a slightly lengthy procedure so that I would not be surprised that it would be taking some time to complete due to permits and inspections and everything that needed to be completed. He finished up with emailing me a copy of the price quote and explaining that to me as well. I ended up paying the deposit to initiate the work that day because I was so impressed by the professionalism displayed by this company and everyone I contacted. About a week later, I had an issue with my AC not blowing cold air, and I contacted Done Rite again. This was also on a weekend, and they sent Jordan out again. He arrived promptly, fixed it fast, and considered it a nuisance call since it was or could be considered related to the panel I'm having them replace! This company is excellent and I would have no compunction about recommending them to family and friends, or anyone who wants a quality company who does quality work.

Dustin installed a bathroom fan and fixed a light switch for us. He was prompt, efficient, and friendly. We appreciated his patience with our many questions.
Scheduling was very easy and timely.

Don't you just love it when you look down and see water coming out of your water heater in the morning?
Done Rite to the rescue. Todd was the first to respond to my request for help and the only one of the responders to offer immediate assistance. He came out early the next day to look what was going on and came back same day with Wayne to put a shut off on the system (the earlier installer did no put one on).
That gave me the freedom to keep the house system on and I got to experience the joy of a laudrymat while waiting for the right water heater to arrive.
As promised, Todd and Wayne came on the appointed day to install that and they did so with great efficiency and with a sense of humor and good will.
When a problem happens, you really do want to like the service provider and I sure liked these guys.
