Our A/C went out Saturday evening. By the same time on Sunday our house reached 92 degrees indoors due to a heat wave. It was either flee to a hotel, or try to see if it was repairable at an affordable price. Jordan arrived as scheduled just 2.5hrs later. He was friendly and approachable and our A/C was working in less than an hour.

The good news was that our A/C could be repaired. The bad news was that because our HVAC system was 28yrs old, it could go at any time. Due to health issues, I need reliable climate control. So, I asked him how much a new system would cost us. Without sales pressure, we got an estimate for a new Grandaire 3.5 ton split air system to review at our leisure. He also spent a lot of time explaining what each line was in the invoice, and the benefits of the additional futuristic Remi Halo LED air purification device.

We would definitely call Done Rite should we ever need plumbing/electrical/HVAC service again. We're also seriously considering having them install a new HVAC system once we review several other bids.

We didn't know anything about electrical, and one of our light fixtures stopped working. We first tried just replacing the light bulb, but it was more than that. After sending out a request for quotes from multiple companies, I was contacted by several including Done Rite. They were the only ones who reached out directly and offered to send a tech to review the problem before giving a quote. Todd came by the next day, arriving in a very timely manner. He was very friendly and helpful and fixed our issue with no problems. If any other similar household issues arise in the future, Done Rite will definitely be the first ones I reach out to

Todd came out to check out our AC because our thermostat just stopped. Todd check everything. Todd showed me what he found in the furnace, went to get the part, fixed my AC and checked everything before he left. He also came a lot sooner than what I was quoted. Great experience! I called them up for a variety of small electrical and plumbing jobs, and they were able to get someone over for an estimate promptly a day or two later. Todd Yarnes provided helpful, knowledgable information explaining things that I would need. The estimate arrived later that day and was reasonable, and I was able to call and schedule the service for the following week. I appreciated that I could pay by card over the phone and the efficient communication over email and text. I also appreciated they let you know when they are on the way and the name of the technician, their photo and bio. Darren Whaples was great. Him and an assistant arrived on time and were able to take care of a variety of things including fixing broken switches, installing a new ceiling fan, installing new flood lights out front, installing lights over my sink, and snaking a clogged shower drain. They ran into some funky electrical issues along the way but were able to resolve everything. Skilled and helpful people, will definitely hire again.

We have an old house that was built by a man, who did things like no one else. As a result, every time we need to get something repaired, it's like a puzzle......nothing is ever easy. We had spent quite a lot with a plumber, trying to get our toilet working, with no luck. So I looked on line for some good reviews and decided to try Done Right. They sent one man out (he was so nice) and he said he was going to call out a different person, who was THE MAN, when it came to strange issues. That man came out a couple of hours later and he was able to get it working. The thing that impressed me was that there was no charge for the first man and the 2nd man, Danny Sharp was able to figure out the issue and charged me with a very reasonable fee. I waited a while to write this review to make sure the toilet continued to work.. ...so here I am.....it's been a couple of weeks and it's still great. Thank you Done Right and the fabulous Danny Sharp.
