We had a slow drain problem off our laundry room. We tried Drano with zero success. We searched Yelp* and found Done Rite Services. The Done Rite technician, Danny Sharp, analyzed the problem, snaked out our entire drainage system, tested all drains for drainage, and gave us some tips on how to keep these drains running and prevent clogging. He was very pleasant, professional, and from my wallets perspective, reasonably priced.

We've had problems with another highly advertised plumbing and drain company in the past so we decided to try Yelp* for advice. Glad we did. Done Rite Services has definitely moved to the top of our list on who to call for plumbing services.

I take full credit in finding Done Rite Services on Yelp and advising my husband to call them after the plumbing company someone had recommended kept rescheduling and finally canceled on him. He called Done Rite at 6:00 am when he found out they have extended business hours.

After a nice conversation with a knowledgeable woman, the appointment was scheduled for a few days later since this was a toilet replacement and not urgent and worked with my husband's schedule.

Danny Sharp was the professional that came to do the work and he was everything his bio stated. Skilled, friendly, efficient! His experience was evidenced by the fact that he had the toilet installed in record time and he was meticulous in cleaning up everything.

This is a company that you will want to use. They have many other services like HVAC , etc. and we will use them next time we need a great job guaranteed.

The company is extremely responsive. I had some plumbing issues in my house and also I had a leak. Initially, they gave me an appointment for a week away but when I explained the leak, they immediately scheduled a service for much sooner. Jordan and his employees are kind and friendly, and their work quality is great.

I haven't hired DONE RITE just yet, but they DID immediately respond to me when Yelp sent them a request that I was looking for a company to clean my dryer vent for my Tucson home. Cary messaged me right away stating his company did not perform this particular service, gave me a list of what services they do provide, and also recommended two dryer vent cleaning companies to me, one of which I hired: DUCTZ.

Spectacular customer service, even when they knew they weren't going to get the job; I will certainly call on them in the future for other needs around the house such as electrical.

Another win with Done Rite. I had a plumbing emergency with a pipe blockage and backup in both bathrooms.(yuck!). They were gracious and understanding and fit me in on the same day, arriving within an hour.
I have been a customer of theirs for a couple of years and they are my first and only call when I have had any issues.

Absolutely great! They are very responsive and fast. My technician Danny was really good. He explained everything very clearly.! He helped and fixed everything he could do. The price was affordable too. Both the receptionists and the technician are very nice. Highly recommend!
