The company is extremely responsive. I had some plumbing issues in my house and also I had a leak. Initially, they gave me an appointment for a week away but when I explained the leak, they immediately scheduled a service for much sooner. Jordan and his employees are kind and friendly, and their work quality is great.

I haven't hired DONE RITE just yet, but they DID immediately respond to me when Yelp sent them a request that I was looking for a company to clean my dryer vent for my Tucson home. Cary messaged me right away stating his company did not perform this particular service, gave me a list of what services they do provide, and also recommended two dryer vent cleaning companies to me, one of which I hired: DUCTZ.

Spectacular customer service, even when they knew they weren't going to get the job; I will certainly call on them in the future for other needs around the house such as electrical.

Another win with Done Rite. I had a plumbing emergency with a pipe blockage and backup in both bathrooms.(yuck!). They were gracious and understanding and fit me in on the same day, arriving within an hour.
I have been a customer of theirs for a couple of years and they are my first and only call when I have had any issues.

Absolutely great! They are very responsive and fast. My technician Danny was really good. He explained everything very clearly.! He helped and fixed everything he could do. The price was affordable too. Both the receptionists and the technician are very nice. Highly recommend!

My microwave shorted out on a Saturday night and caused some down-the-line power outages. Darren came by the next morning and fixed it right up. I'm a first-time homeowner and still learning the ropes; Darren was patient and kind, and taught me what to look for/do first the next time! Great communication, quick response. Doing demo work in our bathroom, the 20+ year old shower valve broke upon removal, causing water to drip inside the wall. Our usual plumber doesn't have Saturday hours, so we contacted Done Rite. They were able to get a technician to us in under two hours.

- the texts informing us of our appointment time, the name and customer service rating for the technician, and a link that tracked the technician's ETA
- the prompt arrival of the technician
- the technician's professionalism in assessing and resolving the issue
- the reasonable price

We would not hesitate to use Done Rite for plumbing services again!

Danny Sharp from Done Rite Services came to the house on Jan 6, 2023 to fix a few things and I have to say I've never had a more positive experience. The kid fixed everything quickly without making a mess. He even went to get a part from Ace to finish the job instead of making us wait another day. Top notch.

Our sewer line was backed up due to root intrusion. We hired another plumber whom we thought completed the job, however 3 days later, our bathrooms flooded again. I called Done Rite, as the original plumber had no availability that day. Matt, the Done Right plumber, determined the blockage was just out of reach of their standard snake. Matt, the plumber went back to their shop and returned with a heavier duty longer snake. In no time, he cleared the blockage the original plumber failed to do. To ensure there were no other downstream issues he snaked over 120 ft to the street. The work took 3 hours from start to finish, we were not charged for the time to retrieve the heavy duty snake. In short, the job was done right.
