Reached out to Done-Rite Plumbing and Rooter after trying 4 other plumbers that didn't answer. Spoke with Tiffany regarding my clogged kitchen sink, she informed me that technician could be out within an hour or two- which was perfect for me (I think it's just luck they were in my area or had someone free). She took down my information and just as she stated, a technician was txting me. Danny arrived with another plumber, right on time, both were laid back and easy to talk.. and both were very professional. Only took a few mins to figure out what was wrong and provided a fair estimate. Work was performed in a timely manner and copy of invoice was emailed right away. (Everything was handled via tablet). Overall, I found the company to be very friendly, professional, respectful of property and best of all, excellent communication; no hidden fees, no ""used car salesmen"", just upfront and honest. Will I repeat business ? Yes-

I contacted 4 or 5 plumbing companies for an estimate to fix a swimming pool water line that wouldn't shut off (caused by a worn out valve). Done Rite Plumbing responded with a competitive bid without a mandatory service fee to come over to further evaluate the work project, which I appreciated. Elias was the technician sent over to the house and he was fantastic. After quickly assessing the situation, he offered me both repair and replacement options. I really appreciated that he was able to negotiate the final replacement price without having to check back with the office. After picking up the replacement parts and quickly fixing the valve and new water line with beautiful copper piping and fittings, he also raised the turn knob a foot higher, which my 70 year-old back really appreciates! A 5 Star experience, from beginning to end.

Our front spigot outside, is the mainline to the household was leaking profusely.
Called Done-Rite Plumbing and Rooter to come out, to fix and stop the leakage.
Robbie Riach came out, very polite & knowledgeable person. Told us that the main pipe was broken, all thru the main line. Advise us that even though he repair the spigot, it's the pipe under the ground that's leaking. He closed the spigot and the main line. Showed us the meter on the main line and still it is running, 'coz water is still leaking under ground. We decided to have it done since it's the original pipe from 1960's. Done Rite called water, gas and electrical company to come out to inspect the mainline. Before they can do the repair to the water mainline outside. These guys go above & beyond to help us solve the problem.
*Dave the owner & Tiffany, texted us all the time and keep us on the loop, that Robbie is on his way.
Robbie also fixed our spigot at the back with No charge.
Also, they guaranteed 5 years on the repair. They will come out with No Charge, pertaining to this repair.

Great guys! On time, friendly, professional, changed out my kitchen faucet and bathroom vanity faucet. Gave us good advice on which ones to buy, and came back and installed it. My bathroom vanity faucet was fully rusted inside, and they had to saw it off! They worked on removing it for about an hour, and no damage whatsoever to my granite. Everything works perfectly, and they left everything spotless. They even cleaned out the rust rings from the old faucets. Really good company, will definitely use them again!!

Done-Rite plumbing was fantastic. Plumbing issues are always stressful and never fun as a homeowner. I called on a Monday morning, and they were at my house within a couple of hours. Christian was the plumber that came. My husband was the one dealing with him, but told me he was great. We had an issue with our kitchen sink that he figured out right away. They had to come out the next day to fix it because it was going to take a significant amount of time. While they were working, Tiffany from the company also checked in and was fantastic.
While fixing the pipe, we were told that we had issues under the house and another company would have to come out. They went ahead and recommend a company and coordinated with them to come to our house. They made that part easy too. That company has also been fantastic.
If you have plumbing issues, definitely call Done-Rite. They are reasonably priced, honest, knowledgeable, and a breeze to work with.

We detected a foul smell from under a house and realized we had a leak under the house. We called Done-Rite and they sent Christian right away to take a look. Tiffany who scheduled the service checked in with us several times to ensure all was working out well. Christian and Eric were able to quickly fix the busted drain pipe quickly and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care off. He also helped us out by getting us connected to a great Restoration company to help us get rid of all gross stuff under the house.

Hopefully I don't have to call them soon for anything else, but when the time comes, they will be the ones I call.

Best plumbing service around! We had a kitchen sink leak that needed fixed immediately. Done-Rite was the only company that could come out on short notice and not make us wait a week. Christian was on time, was a clear communicator, and diagnosed the problem immediately. He went above and beyond to give us advice on purchasing a new faucet, did not try to upsell his services, and was extremely patient. Cannot recommend him and then enough.
