Done-Rite Plumbing did a fantastic job for me. They were able to come out same day, diagnose my problem and offer several option to resolve it. Once we had a plan, it was quickly and cleanly executed. I would highly recommend these guys. Austin was my point plumber, my issue required several, and he was excellent to work with. I searched this place online and decided to give it a try. But the experience was horrible. Be aware this place. They charged over $600 to replace a small sink part which is worth only $20.

This is the second time around I have used DONE-RITE. This time it's a major pipe issue where tree roots went through my clay pipe! Thank you Christian working 8hrs on a New Year's Eve day to get the work done! Thank you Dave for working with us on the bill while waiting for my home insurance to get us reimbursed. Our kitchen sink was clogged, but Austin and Jimmie came out (at the exact time they said they would) and did a great job clearing our pipes out. It took a long snake and some time, but they were friendly, professional, thorough, and fair--they worked hard to get the clog out and the price they quoted was the exact price they charged. They also explained to me exactly what was happening and how the clog occurred; it was very helpful. I was extremely satisfied and would absolutely use Done-Rite again.

The guys at Done-Rite are awesome. Dave took my emergency call at 6:30AM and had Austin and Jimmy at my house to repair my main water line shortly thereafter. Both guys were extremely professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Done-Rite Plumbing saved the day! I called before opening hours on the Monday after a holiday weekend with a plumbing emergency, and had someone scheduled to come out later that day within 5 minutes. We had a new water heater installed in our home. It's tricky because it's upstairs. The technician arrived on time. He put down protection on our floors. He explained everything he was going to do. He was thorough and installed the water heater correctly. He cleaned up everything and left our home tidy. He was friendly and polite. We would highly recommend Done Rite!

Done-Rite has helped us again! I had a leak yesterday, and though they are closed on Sundays they still answered the phone and made my appointment. Austin came over right on time and replaced and installed my garbage disposal in less than an hour! Very impressive. The best part was that he even checked to see if my old disposal was under warranty for me. I always appreciate the quick, honest, and quality service.

Needed a new toilet because ours was old and not flushing through anymore. After going to Home Depot and being told someone would call us in 2 days to setup an appointment (which no one ever called, had to call myself) only to find out they couldn't come out until over a week later, I called this company and was able to set up an appointment for the next morning! The labor was about $15 cheaper, they arrived on time, took less than 2 hours and it was installed perfectly. Highly recommend.

Update- Austin did our second toilet and he did an excellent job!! Very professional and informative. We will continue to use this company as needed!
