We've tried several plumbing companies since moving into our house last year, and Done Rite is a stand-out. Friendly, professional service, attention to detail, and whatever they fix *stays* fixed. Several other plumbing companies arrived to fix small problems and spent hours dealing with ""surprises"". The guys from Done Rite find the same ""surprises"", and don't even blink. They just go, ""Oh, one of those. Okay."" and keep working.

On time. On budget. Zero issues. I just can't ask for more.

This time last year after moving into our new home we had a major blockage on one side of the house which Dave came out and fixed (see my last review). After getting a blockage on a separate pipe (those dam tree roots!) at the other side of the house I did not hesitate to call Dave again.

What can I say. He's 110% reliable, 110% trustworthy, 110% hardworking and focused on getting the job done right at a reasonable cost. He arrived on time, took his boots off at the door (treats your home like his home) and got straight to analyzing the problem. Once he found the cause of the problem with his camera down the pipe he showed me what was happening and talked me through the possible solutions. He went ahead and fixed the problem, then showed me again on the camera afterwards what he had fixed. If only everyone was as reliable as Dave the world would be such a better place :)

Dave even remembered the smallest of details of his last visit to my home about my first issue a year ago that I had long forgotten. Kudos to him for actually caring!

Long story short.... I cannot recommend Done-Rite enough.

I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel when I came across a plumbing issue that brought us to a quick halt. I quickly searched Yelp for a plumber and called a couple ppl and they told me the soonest they could get out was Monday (it's Thursday today!) that would be way too late as I had ppl working on the remodel on a tight schedule. I am so glad I got in touch with Dave! He was easy to get a hold of, great communication, and quick! I told him I needed him today and he sent Brady out to fix my plumbing issue. Brady was kind, honest, worked neatly (hard to do when it's a plumbing problem) and was quick. From the time I contacted them to the time it took them to resolve my problem was no more than 2-3 hours. I was so glad I found them, now I could continue my bathroom remodel! Thanks guys for the great work!!! Will definitely call again if I I have any plumbing issue, hopefully I won't have anymore

Dave was the best plumber I have ever used! Our sinks got backed up, and he was at our house that same afternoon. I found Done-Rite plumbing on Yelp, and I knew this service would be great! Dave explained what was wrong, and even let me watch the process of clearing our clogged pipe. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend Dave and Done-Rite plumbing for any plumbing issue! Great service!

After a mixup in scheduling, Dave couldn't have been nicer and along with his partner, solved my noisy pipes problem. He only charged for a service call and took the time to call a local supplier for my hard to find faulty valve. He clearly deserves all the 5 star reviews

I called Dave for a clogged tub first thing in the morning and he booked an appointment for that afternoon. He showed up on time and fixed the blockage in about 20 minutes. Very professional and I was very comfortable having him in my home. Great service! He will be my first call if I ever need help again.

Done-Rite is by far the best plumbing service we have ever received. We have had Dave come out to the house several times for plumbing issues, and he is always out here on the same day and fixes the problem quickly. He even showed up on Christmas Eve for a plumbing emergency. He is an honest plumber who doesn't charge unnecessary fees, and in fact charges way less than most plumbers. I highly recommend Done-Rite to anyone looking for a great plumber with great prices.

Absolutely AMAZING service!

I owe Dave a review after he helped me with my plumbing issues twice in less than a month and did GREAT work! Found him on yelp and everything everyone says is all true. He's super honest and definitely has his customer's best interest at heart. His rates are very reasonable and he does really good work. He's also super knowledgeable and is able to diagnose problems immediately.

Wow, what a great experience with Dave! I met him by happenstance when he was across the street working on a neighbors house. I had a leak on the house we just closed escrow on, and even though he was working on a job, he took about 10 minutes to come over, take a look and give me his opinion. He was young, professional and really seemed to know his stuff. I knew that if I ever had the need for a plumber, he would be my first call.

Well, unfortunately I had to call him this week because we had an issue with a toilet always backing up. He came out yesterday (Tuesday) to do a simple auger of the toilet and found a much more serious issue, which required the ceiling to be cut open (toilet was on the second floor) and potentially much more. It didn't look good. Add to that we have 6 guests coming in from out of town in just 2 days time from his visit. Well it's ""today"" now (Wednesday) and the problem is already completely fixed and the toilet works like a charm. I was really worried about the scope of the project and the cost associated with it. Dave made time in his day to come back out, open up the ceiling and fix the problem, which in the end was a result of a poor plumbing contractor before him who didn't know what they were doing. Dave got the job Done Rite.

Add to that, he came in under his initial estimate by quite a bit, which was really nice as I was preparing for the worst.

Great job, Dave. You've got my business and referrals going forward!
