On Friday morning we woke up to ice cold showers ...not the way we wanted to start our day! But as soon as we called Dave he came over as soon as possible and didn't stop until our water heater was fixed. We have used Done-Rite Plumbing on a number of occasions and they are nothing but exceptional each time. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and professional service. I would highly recommend their services for all of your plumbing needs.

It is so hard to find a plumber with integrity that will not take advantage of you. Dave didn't jump to the most expensive solution and provided a fix that saved us a lot of money. He will be our go-to plumber from now on. No doubt about it!

Hands down the best plumbing company around!!! David the owner is such a great guy! He went absolutely above and beyond to solve our problem. That being said, our problem was not any easy one. David kept at it trying everything to get it resolved, this guys is a WORKER, and hot damn he nailed it!! I have to say the guy takes an enormous amount of pride in his business and really cares about the quality of work and being open and and honest. Spending money on plumbing issues is never fun or welcomed but if you have to, you might as well spend it with a company who will do right by you. You can stop searching for other plumbers, you have found what you're looking for with these guys! They have a customer for life!!! I appreciate this company so much!!! You guys are the best!!!

IT BEGAN LIKE THIS: Husband leaves to play golf. Wife notices the downstairs toilet is making strange gurgling noises? Not sure why? Guess I'll just flush? OH NO, she yells, as the toilet overflows on the carpeted floor in this little ""powder room"". Husband returns after receiving frantic call and together they try several home remedies including the trusty plunger and mother's favorite solution - bail out the toilet bowl and then pour in lots and lots of hot water. Nothing worked.

NEXT STEPS: While husband rushes out to buy a carpet cleaner to suck up the mess, wife goes to Yelp and finds Done-Rite. It was quite late by then, but Richard came to make an initial analysis of the situation and we all agreed the symptoms indicated a main line blockage. Rather than start work that night we agreed to have him return the next day. We had been wanting a new toilet for that bathroom, so we asked him to bring a new toilet too. Richard made a special effort to go out extra early the next morning and pick up our new toilet so he could head directly to our place and be ready to start without any wasted time. Much appreciated since we relied on our camping commode in the meantime.

VIRTUES: Richard's experience and knowledge were evident as he worked. Even more impressive was the level of patience and perseverance he displayed when dealing with frustrating situations, including our lack of a proper main line clean-out and an unconventional, convoluted plumbing configuration under the toilet that made working the cables and camera through that maze quite challenging. In spite of Richard's tireless efforts, using different access points and various tools, it turned out that Dave had to bring the hydro-jetter. Working together they were able to clear the blockage and Richard installed our beautiful new toilet.

SUMMARY: While Dave was there we had a chance to talk with him about his company. He has a genuine passion for running an honest business that brings real value to his customers. Based on our experience, I would certainly say that Dave and Richard are skilled, thoughtful, hard-working, customer-focused gentlemen who do a good job for a fair price. We'll be having them back in the near future to install a proper clean out and fix a patio drainage system problem. It's nice to feel confident about calling a plumber when you need one!

Dave has been out to our house twice to clear two different drains. Each time I'm so glad we called him. He's honest, reasonable, and explains as much as you want to understand what's going on. He's friendly and accommodating. Plus, he and his crew did a fantastic job both times. Absolutely would call again.

Chris and his team are great. They did a plumbing inspection for us on our new home and we hired them to get some of the work done at the property once we moved in (new faucets, garbage disposal, pipes for washing machine, shower head and drain cover installation, new water main shutoff, etc.). They did all this in ONE day. We are really satisfied with the work so far and they are just really nice and personable guys. They also really help prioritize work - what should be done immediately, what can wait and even saying ""hey look we could do this if you want, but you really don't need to do it"" which I appreciate given the amount of work we have scheduled for the house. Really awesome!

Had a water heater leaking and my warranty unbeknownst does not cover that...no problem called around and after getting ridiculous estimates, I found Done-Rite plumbing here on yelp and the 5 stars they had, made me call and set up an appt. Well little did I know that a hard working man named Richard ""a proud US Vet"" came out and gave me a no nonsense hard to pass up hell of a deal!! Came out the next morning and knocked it out 'all by himself' installed and hauled away my rusty leaky water heater within a few hours!! Great Job and highly recommend Done Rite Plumbing!
