Christian H. was my plumber for the day and he was able to get the job done, even though it wasn't quite what he was expecting. He had to pull out my all-in-one laundry center out of a tight closet, with water still in it. He was prompt, quick and you could tell he was just as happy with the end result of an unclogged drain as I was. The entire experience with Done-Rite Plumbing and Rooter was easy, and very professional. I recommend them.

Christian came and installed our new dishwasher. Home Depot was supposed to do it, but they dropped off our dishwasher and made an excuse, saying we had a faulty air gap and water valve. He properly analyzed the water issue with the
hot water heater and the proper repair .
Explained what steps needed and the cost of
the repair estimate .
Completed the work and looked at our water
softener system as well .
With a estimate forth coming to change if needed
per our request .

We have used Done-Rite Plumbing several times for Our Real Estate business. They are very reliable, very organized in the way they set up appointments and communication is second to none!

Today they sent out Christian and he was A+, you could tell he loves his job and is very enthusiastic. This company clearly knows how to hire the right people. Prices are very high, they charge by the job not by the hour so make sure you are clear on what you need. Essentially we love the company, love the employees and the way they manage the business but pricing is pretty over the top to be honest. We paid to have a shower cartridge installed at $325 which is a 30 minute job but they quoted $285 over the phone and then as an add on they charged $250 to replace a toilet fill valve and the flapper. It was about $500 labor for an hour so pricing is not for the faint of heart.

We will hire them again when we need a reliable call out, I just wish they could get a little closer to industry rates.

I would like to note that they did without question honor a warranty without question a couple of years ago so again great company, you can trust! Thank you Christian!

I called with a garbage disposal problem . They sent Robbie the same day.
He was very helpful and clear about my options. He changed out my disposal in a few hours including picking up a new one .

Danny was very professional in helping install the new tank and hauling away the old one. Dave, the owner, was very knowledgeable. I was able to find lower prices but Done-Rite was the only company that offered a fair rate (without requiring an initial inspection) and would come out quickly (over a rainy weekend) to switch out my water heater. Others, including Home Depot, would not come until Monday to do any installation. Be sure to ask about the parts and labor warranty!

Robbie was the plumber that came to our home and helped us with our clogged drains. Very professional, incredibly fast and his workmanship was beyond the best I've seen from any plumber. Now a days good customer service is hard to find, that is why when you find a company that hires a guy like Robbie that completely cares about your plumbing and the way he treats his customers is awesome.
