I was lucky enough to have come across Ray just before the onset of the pandemic when we had a leak in a faucet. From there he has been back more times than I can count - one time late in the evening for a water heater that actually resulted in the fire department having to be called! Ray is so personable, he always has a smile on his face, and he has tackled each of our challenges quickly and at a reasonable price. From fixing a faucet, to installing a complete home filtration system (which works amazing and is now saving us from purchasing 2+ cases of bottled water a week!), to the water heater (both in our primary residence as well as one of our rentals), his work is top shelf. Ray was absolutely great and he had won me over after our first conversation over the phone. He helped replace a bathroom faucet fixtures along with all valves, and replaced an old pool autofill Anti-Siphon valve that was leaking when it would turn on.
