Let me first start by writing that you should really look no further and just give Ray at Done Right Plumbing a call to discuss your plumbing needs.

Ray was absolutely great and he had won me over after our first conversation over the phone. He helped replace a bathroom faucet fixtures along with all valves, and replaced an old pool autofill Anti-Siphon valve that was leaking when it would turn on.

Ray was really friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. He will give you options and I couldn't be more pleased with his service and value. I won't hesitate to call Ray for any future plumbing work I may need, and you should too. You'll quickly see why he's a FIVE STARS plumber!

Ray was fantastic. He came out on a Monday even though all the other ""big box plumbers"" said, ""well, it's Monday so we're backed up."" He was super kind and hopeful with the outcome. Got our drain fixed in like 20 minutes and everything is working great! Highly recommend calling Ray before dealing with TO Plumbing or one of their 3 other companies that rule the area. It's was a fair price and I will be calling Ray first for all future plumbing issues.

Ray is one of the best plumber I have ever met! He is very knowledgeable, very honest. He takes a lot of pride in his work. He helped me fix leakages in pipes , find and install right faucets, install filters , fix shower heads. If I have any future plumbing issues in my house, I would only have Ray fix it. I hate asking for plumbing work to be done because it always seems to be more expensive than it needs to be, don't you think? If you're reading this you're NOT sure about this Done Right Plumbing guy. Put your mind at ease. Those are the easiest FIVE STARS, I have ever given anyone!!

So here on Yelp, I sent out multiple quote requests and I tried to be as detailed as possible for work I NEEDED to get done. In this case I found that a couple of clear pictures helped describe all I needed done. Ray was one who responded. Unlike some companies who respond in Yelp, Ray saw what I needed done, asked a couple of questions, and gave me a written quote and even an availability date. All within the APP. I didn't have to call an external number, set up an on-site visit, etc. or had to live with a ""this is just an estimate and it can change"" quote. I felt like he saw what I needed done and knew it'd be simple.

It was a simple job in my mind, just come to my house and replace two things.

Not only was Ray's price was among the best value, his immediate initial responsiveness already ranked him high with me.

On the day of the job, Ray arrived about 10 minutes ealier that he estimated. I showed him where the two pieces he needed to replace were located, we chatted a bit abouy fish tanks, I told my family the water was going to be out for a bit, and I went back inside to continue teleworking and he, too, got to work. In about 25 minutes, he was done. We chatted and joked for a bit and he even asked if there was anything else he could do.

Super friendly, funny, and VERY efficient.

Easiest check I've ever written. I WILL DEFINITELY call Ray for any future plumbing work I have.

If you ever want a plumber who not only fixes your issue but brightens up day...CALL RAY!!! Ray to the rescue yet again! Seriously, I cannot say enough about Ray and his company. We had a stoppage issue which our home warranty sent out someone else who claimed it couldn't be fixed and I had to call the warranty company and fight them to get someone else out. I specifically requested Done Right Plumbing and Ray fixed it no problem. Not only did he fix our problem but he is an absolute pleasure and treats us like family. We will only ever use Done Right Plumbing and will recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber! Thanks again Ray!

I had a water heater that was failing to heat due to a bad pilot igniter and thermostat so I called my home warranty company. They scheduled the job to Done Right plumbing, and the next day I got a call from Ray, the owner, who said he could be out the next day.

He arrived on time, calling me 20 minutes before to say he was on his way. He got right to work and found the problem. He put in an order for the parts, got them quickly, and was able to return the next day.

He installed the replacement parts and fired it back up. Worked like a charm and has been doing so since then (this was a couple of months ago but I'm just getting to write the review now).

Ray was very friendly and did an excellent and professional job. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I was without hot water for a minimal amount of time and, as his company name says, it was DONE RIGHT.

Any future plumbing issues I have I will make sure I ask for him specifically. He knows what he's doing and very conscientious about his work. In the short time I spent with him I felt I had made a friend.

Ray was amazing! The best plumber experience I have ever had! Had sinks that were not draining properly and he easily repaired them. I had a faucet that was leaking at the base of the spigot. He wasn't sure he could fix it, but he did!! Still works great (it's been a few months now) and we did not need to replace it. He was very reasonable, very professional and did an excellent job! I look forward to working with Ray again and his wife Nancy to schedule. Great team effort! Thank you! Highly recommend!

We have had plumbing issues yearly at our 30 year old home, most recently due to hot water pipes leaking under the slab. We have seen a slew of plumbers but were not keen to reroute the whole house with PEX.
Done Right helped us troubleshoot the continuing issues and resolve the problem. Among the changes were to the diameter of the feed from the hot water heater, and adding another line to last years reroute through the attic.
