I had a great experience with Ray and Done Right Plumbing. In a couple visits to my house Ray fixed our shower, and then fixed our toilet and then fixed and replaced a tricky faucet in our kitchen. He was a very nice guy, fun to talk to and awfully knowledgeable. And the scheduling all went smoothly as well. The woman who arranged our service calls was, Nancy, and she was terrific too. I definitely feel good about recommending this company..

We used Scott from done right. I CANNOT say that I have positive report... won't want to use him again. He quoted us $450 for BOTH toilets. But then with whatever banging he did to try to get it unclogged from my master bathroom ,he ultimately caused the upstairs hall bathroom toilet to break! Well- SO he charged US for new toilet! and then the kicker and icing on the cake-- was that the somehow the Final bill to our shocking surprise also included an additional $450 that he claimed was for the use of a camera that he needed to use... that pushed things over the top. And That was not discussed! We paid but I truthfully feel like we were taken for a Real ride! In addition , he left a HUGE disgusting mess in BOTH bathrooms... HUGE mess and towels and bath rugs, yuck splattered all over cabinets and shower & floor , huge mess! Our toilets seem to be working but I sadly don't feel good about the experience overall. I would NOT recommend!

Nancy got right on scheduling my plumbing repair as quickly as possible. She kept me updated as the day went along to inform me exactly when the plumber would arrive. When the plumber, Ray, arrived, he was professional, polite, clean and took care of everything perfectly. I haven't been this happy with a plumbing service since.....oh, well....never! I'll call them anytime and recommend that you do, too!

Nancy scheduled Ray to come look at my water heater and then she called me when he was on his way. As I suspected, the water heater had a leak and needed replacement. Ray installed a new one that day, and he did everything neatly and professionally. He was a pleasure to work with and I will be calling Done Right Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

I appreciate his determination in finding the problem and a solution that works. This last time I'd had another plumbing company out and after 4 days they were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. Ray came out and worked hard until he found the problem & he fixed it. He's everything you want in a plumber: trustworthy, hardworking and experienced. Personally, he's a joy to be around too. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, Ray has your back and tells you how it is. He'll even give you DIY pointers. He repaired my cast iron pipe, then snaked my utility sink pipe. He doesn't waste time getting the job done and cares about his customers

Nancy and Raymond are great! When I first called to schedule the appointment, Nancy immediately remember my name even though it has been a long time since my last service call with them. Nancy is cheerful and very pleasant to talk to and schedule me within a few days. Raymond called on the day of appointment to let me know he was on his way. The toilet unblocked by itself on the day of service but Raymond didn't just leave. Instead he continue to investigate and follow the drainage pipe under the house. Eventually when he opened the clean out, sewage water gushed out. He proceeded to use the motorized grinder and ground over 80 feet along the line. During the whole process Raymond has been polite and professional. I will definitely recommend him for all your plumbing needs.
