Both gentlemen have been wonderful and pleasant. Ray has been called 2-3 times to our house within the last 2 years on different plumbing situations. He is reliable, affordable and he is our go to person for plumbing issues.

I was lucky enough to have come across Ray just before the onset of the pandemic when we had a leak in a faucet. From there he has been back more times than I can count - one time late in the evening for a water heater that actually resulted in the fire department having to be called! Ray is so personable, he always has a smile on his face, and he has tackled each of our challenges quickly and at a reasonable price. From fixing a faucet, to installing a complete home filtration system (which works amazing and is now saving us from purchasing 2+ cases of bottled water a week!), to the water heater (both in our primary residence as well as one of our rentals), his work is top shelf. Ray responded to my request for a quote in an emergency situation and worked with me while I was away on vacation. Everything was handled via email and texts.
