Absolutely hands down the best honest plumber I have had come to my home today and tell me what my options were and gave me an absolute reasonable price for what needed to be done. Juan came with his team and did a spot repair on my home when I had another company come out and give me an outrageous estimate. Juan gave me an option that was reasonable and much less work than what that other company had told me. According to the other plumbing company I needed all my cast iron replaced. I'm so glad I got a 2nd opinion. I will be calling Juan back he is now my go to plumber. Call Done Right it's always a free estimate for them to come out to your home.

Wow! After reading all these reviews I'm sorry to say I beg to differ! My experience was totally different than the ones I read! It was the $40 per drain that hooked me but once they started it quickly changed. The tech asked where my drain clear out was. What? I didn't have one so he added another $ 45's. My kitchen sink drained slow but it was the bathroom sink that was plugged up. Several hours later after he had the pipes out under the sink he told me I needed additional work and it was going to cost $635.'s! It took more Then 3 hrs. Total to clear the sink. I noticed the tech threw the black sludge in my bathtub which I wasn't happy about. Two days later my bathtub was clogged up and Juan the owner tried to tell me they were all connected and it wasn't because of dumping the sludge in my tub! He didn't honor the 30 day deal. He said it was the main drain and I needed to get it cleared out! I didn't hire him again! I had even given him a courtesy call to pick up some tools his tech had left on my lawn. He didn't clear my bathtub! I called a friend who just got his contractor's license and he cleared it in 20 mins. and only charged $30's. I wish I had called him in the first place! Done Right? WRONG!

Jesus was amazing. He was honest with what was needed and the price and was able to call the manager to help me out with that too. But he was very thorough in explaining the problem and the fix and how to maintain. And their work is warrantied for 30 days!
