We have had issues with another company to get work done not only that but was being charged a ridiculous amount of money for a job that we thought was a supposed be a fast paced job. Came across Done Right and Juan showed up on time! He was ready to assess our current situation and next day called us with his estimated cost. One day later came
back with one of his guys and bam two days later everything was done. Literally his company name says it all. We are super happy with the work, customer service, friendly staff (Silvia), and their employees. Highly recommend this company!

It was a pleasure stumbling upon this plumbing company because this company was a blessing. My story started one Saturday morning when I had a sewage back up coming out of my showers and I called another plumbing company they came out and snaked the line and told me the line was not clear but they did not verify with a camera. They said they will have to jet out the lines and that didn't work but still didn't check with a camera. They came back on Monday with a camera and said the line was cleared but had additional repairs that was needed that would cost $3,800 but can cost more if they have to do more they can't tell until they dig.


Nonetheless, I called Done right and the General Manager Juan came out with his camera and told me I still had a clog and exactly what it would cost to repair the issue and it would cost less than what the last company quoted with a 7 year warranty! He came to my house around 9 am, digged by himself and didn't leave my house until the job was done at 5 pm.

I'm grateful and thankful for what this company did for me. Thank you and hope you guys keep up the great work for years to come i will definitely be a regular customer for any plumbing needs.

I had a completely clogged kitchen sink yesterday afternoon and called Done Right Drains and Plumbing after finding their $40.00 drain cleaning special advertisement. I was able to schedule an appointment for this morning (Saturday) which I appreciated since weekends are usually difficult to book on such short notice. Juan showed up on time and did an excellent job. The clogged drain was pretty bad and required the use of two different snakes in two different locations but Juan was able to unclog the drain despite the difficulty. I expected to have to pay more than the $40.00 advertised price based on the complexity of the job but to my surprise Done Right Drains and Plumbing honored their advertised price and only charged me $40.00. I cannot speak highly enough about the excellent work and customer service that I experienced with Done Right Drains and Plumbing today. I will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them for anyone looking for an honest, experienced plumber who does excellent work and provides exceptional customer service.

Wow! Best experience! We needed our toilet fixed and we were debating on Done Right or another plumbing company in our area. We called both to check prices and after comparison, both had great customer service, but Done Right was open on Saturday and the other was not. We're glad it worked out the way it did because we ended up finding our forever company. I called and received an appointment right away. They explained over the phone their process and answered all of our questions. I received a call prior to our technician arriving which I appreciated. Juan arrived on time and started off wonderful. Juan let us know what the issue was, what the price would be, and if we wanted to move forward on the service. Without making us feel pressured. Juan was able to fix the issue quickly. I appreciated all the forms digital, it made everything easy and emailed straight to me. Prices in our opinion are reasonable and with great customer service and our great experience, they really deserve more. We are happy to have found a company that really makes it easy for their customers and does great work. Thank you!

Juan from Done Right is incredible and these guys are lucky to have him on their team. If they ever let him go, I hope he keeps my number because he would be my go-to plumber from here on out. The guy reminds me of my uncle, who is just such an honest, reliable, knowledgeable guy that everyone trusts do do a job right (did I mention HONEST)?
Juan was on time, friendly, and spent at least an hour and a half underneath my dirty, muddy ass crawlspace checking for leaks and piping issues that had led to major flooding and moisture issues under my house for god only knows how many months/ years. I had the plumbing issues fixed already a few months ago, so he was checking to be sure the moisture wasn't from some other plumbing issue. He found no leaks, took tons of pics for me, and walked me through it all. He even referred me and made the call to Floodbusters for me to have the moisture issue remedied, and hopefully covered by insurance. He has great connections and relationships, which is also helpful. Unfortunately for Done Right, I had no business to give them this round, but you better bet your booty that I'm giving them my future business and sending you fine people to them while they have Juan on board.
The receptionist/scheduler/dispatcher (a female) was also great, she was polite, personable, and communicative thoughout the process.

Highly recommend Done Right Drains and Plumbing! There was a leak in my kitchen and needed a plumber right away, I decided to give this business a call because it had really good reviews and so glad I did! Juan detected the problem right away, explained what he was going to do and even added the $40 drain special they have right now. He was very helpful,I will definitely be calling him again if I need a plumber.
