Incredible service.

I needed a toilet unclogged and the garbage disposal replaced and when I first called I was told that they probably wouldn't be able to help me today due to having so many calls but that they would get back to me. A couple hours later they called and said that not only could they fit me in they were already on their way! He was super understanding that I had to run and pick up my kids and willing to work while I was gone. I walked out the door at 2:30 and at 3:06 I got the call that he was done- before I even made it back!

I absolutely would not hesitate to call again -hopefully I won't need to- but if I ever do need a plumber this is where I'm calling.

I would recommend Don Nichols to anyone who is looking for a great knowledgeable plumber. They returned my call for help quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would. I had a number of plumbing issues that were repaired very quickly and reasonably. We also had an issue with our water heater screaming late at night. We had no idea what to do and were frightened it could blow up. It sure sounded like it was going to! We placed a call and Don called us back immediately and walked us through how to turn it off. I highly recommend him.

Cory Nichols installed our new kitchen sink faucet today. Very nice guy that did fast, efficient, and extremely clean work! Fairly priced. He explained everything that he did, presented parts that I should save, and placed a sticker on the back wall under the sink identifying the sink faucet that was installed (great when my memory fades and we need parts or repair). We'll use Don Nichols Plumbing again for sure!
