Had a water heater tank issue the other day. Used yelp to get a quote from three plumbers and Don is the first to response and went back and forth with my questions and answers. Schedule a same day appointment to check the issue and realized the tank is leaking from inside and more than 14 years old. Don gave me a quote for replacement and is also the lowest among the three. He then went grab the supplies and the replacement tank and installed it in about 90 mins. He and his crew are nice and polite and also helped fix another issue found during the installation. Can't be more happy than the whole experience. Definitely recommended.

Great Plumber!

I thought I'd ""Save some money"" by doing a bathroom remodel on my own. Of course, this ended in chaos, when my new bathtub faucet that I 'installed' ended up making a hole in my copper pipe!

I thought for sure that I'd have to rip out all of my new tile, and replace the plumbing behind. However, Don Nichols plumbing was able to make a work-around that probably saved me thousands of dollars, and a lot of headache.

These guys saved my bathroom!

Called on a Sunday afternoon because my hot water heater gave out and was leaking water onto the floor (it's located inside the house). Was called back within a couple of hours, and Don was here by noon on Monday. A little over an hour later, I've got a brand new energy efficient hot water heater. Don Nichols Plumbing is the best. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I recently purchased a home in Napa and didn't get a sewer or plumbing inspection. Big mistake! My waste system was backing up getting raw sewage in the basement. I called Don Nichols Plumbing and talked with Don's wife Debbie who got the ball rolling. Nick arrived and identified my plumbing problems, which were major, with a video camera and inspection. My waste system was installed incorrectly, not by code, and the sewer line to the street was old, uneven and partially blocked. He gave me an estimate, which I thought was reasonable, and started the next day. The whole experience was great from the initial call to the job completion. Nick was very easy to work with and took pride in his work and did a thorough clean up. He also called me the next day to make sure everything was okay. The yard was dug up and put back just the way it was originally. He inspected my entire plumbing system and pointed out a few things that needed attention. The communication was excellent. Don Nichols Plumbing is a family operated business which I will definitely use again.
