After reading these reviews, I called Don and asked him to provide an estimate on converting our propane fire pit from propane to natural gas. He advised I obtain the necessary materials from the manufacturer, which I did, and then came out to estimate and do the job. He's very busy and booked several weeks at least. He did a thorough and efficient job, and the billed price came in under his estimate which I greatly appreciated.

Second time using Don Nichols Plumbing. The first, a couple years ago, was serviced by Don who did a great job, quickly and at a fair price. This time Jason serviced us, arrived on time, wore mask and shoe coverings. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Did an amazing job and gave me excellent recommendations for a related issue. Price was fair. Had to wait a while to get an appointment, as they are really busy and in demand....but worth the wait. Office staff is equally as good. Couldn't ask for a better company.

I had Jason and his apprentice out for a small job - a shower cartridge repair as well as a front hose bib repair. I couldn't speak more highly of Jason. He was courteous, explained everything in great detail, efficient, and overall very professional. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this company.

Pros: They're friendly, they come on (relatively) short notice, they proactively fixed an old valve to the water heater.
Cons: They left the dishwasher plug in the garbage disposal they installed, causing the dishwasher to not work until we found the problem. They scratched up our tub installing a new drain. They made an existing clog worse, leaving us without working drains for several days while they tried to find the tools needed to fix it.

And I didn't dock them a star for this, but it's the reason that I personally am not going to seek out their services again: One of their drivers honked their ass off at me because I apparently was too slow for them on an unprotected left turn. Maybe consider that you're honking at a potential customer next time?

We needed to upgrade a portion of our plumbing from galvanized pipes to copper piping. We called Don Nichols plumbing who sent Jason to our house to evaluate our situation. Jason was through and explained exactly how the work would be done. In passing, we learned a bunch of other plumbing tricks that we can use on our own for normal maintenance.

Jason sent us a reasonably-priced proposal to do the work and, once we accepted, arranged for an installation date.

On the installation date, Jason (and Brandon) showed up on time and completed the work professionally and efficiently. They did a through job and worked through the few surprises at no additional charge. They did not leave until the work was professionally completed and double checked. We have noticed an improvement in our water pressure and now have no fears of our plumbing failing in the future.

We heartily recommend Don Nichols plumbing, and Jason in particular, for your plumbing needs.
