I am so impressed with Don Allen Plumbing!!! My water heater broke and I contacted the original installation company to get it fixed. 3 days later the water heater was till not functioning, the part had not been located, and I was stuck taking freezing cold showers. I reached out to Don Allen Plumbing (my sister's recommendation) and within 12 hours - - - Kim helped me locate the part, get it delivered, and installed the new burner assembly. My water heater is good as new! Plus the bill was 25% of what the other company was charging! Professional, prompt, efficient. Great Plumbers!!

Don Allen Plumbing is the most professional and ethical company in the world. I had a leaky facet and called for companies for quotes thinking I would need elaborate amount of work done. Justin was able to come over the same day while other companies give availability with the soonest days later! He took a look and was able to tighten some of the facet and stoped the leak and he didn't even charge me!

Justin came by to replace an ordinary toilet flange. What should have been an easy fix, ended up being a complication due to the prior plumbing installation (not by Don Allen).

The proper fix would cost me thousands that I was not willing to spend. Justin refused to install the new toilet flange because it would not be a proper fix. After doing my research Justin was correct. Although we didn't follow through with the fix, I appreciate the honesty. He didnt even take my 20 bucks for coming out. I hope this review brings you good karma.

By the way, their quote was $100 cheaper than other well rated companies.

Justin from Don Allen Plumbing came by today on short notice. He replaced the 30+ year old shut off valve on our main line, all of the old compression angle stops in the bathrooms, connected and preemptively fixed a bathroom sink (he volunteered to this extra bit). Additionally, he gave us some sound advice on not connecting some cheap hardware that was likely going to fail in the near future, and noted what to look out for next with our house's aging plumbing.

He was great to work with, fast, didn't try to upsell anything, went beyond the initial job scope and, most importantly for us, was very reasonably priced. Other bigger plumbing outfits had bid well over 2x the price for the work Don Allen did and I'm sure they would have added on the additional expenses for the unforeseen stuff that came up.

I'll be giving Don Allen a call for whatever our next plumbing need happens to be and we're very happy to have found our go-to plumber!

Needed urgent help with the shower tube leaking on 12/11 and called Don to make a reservation. On the next morning, Justin showed up on time and got on fixing it immediately. Experienced and efficient, Justin changed the old parts to stop leaking and cleaned the shower head to make the water flow powerfully and smoothly. After that, I told him that I also need to replace the food trash disposer in the kitchen. He checked his watch and said that he will hurry up and hope to finish everything in one hour to save labor fee for me. As he promised, he replaced a new disposer very fast and fix the hot water issue. He moved in and out within one hour and offered me a good discount. I would definitely call them in the future in case of any other plumbing issues.

I had a major leak under my kitchen sink and was working with a different plumbing company than Don Allen Plumbing to fix the leak. The first company literally came out three times, had me replace the entire faucet and other items and still, the leak continued. I called Don Allen Plumbing and they came out in a few hours (Kim Allen). They immediately identified the problem that the other company had repeatedly missed and fixed it quickly. I am very happy with their expertise, professionalism and prompt respond and will for sure use them again.

Don Allen was referred by a friend...I Came Home from work today, the day before thanksgiving and my daughter informed me that our kitchen sink was backed up. My friend told me that Don Allen was always his first choice to call. He said that they were professional and fair priced. So I called right away, lucky me Kim just had finished a call near by and he was on his way. Talk about amazing timing for us. Any how Kim showed up in 10 mins and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed and finished in no time. We never had a preferred plumber before but now we will recommend Don Allen Plumbing to anyone!
