After I called with a toilet that kept running, they came very quickly, and immediately diagnosed the problem. The previous plumber sent by my home warranty company had installed a cheap seal that didn't really work. They fixed it in just a few minutes, even though I have an unusual brand of toilet. Great work! And they took all the right COVID precautions too. Next time I need a plumber, I'll definitely call them again!

I haven't used Domco's services for plumbing needs yet. But... I WILL. Here's why: I was bent over the street drain near a sidewalk in Folsom trying to figure out how to save a trapped bird. They drove by and asked what I was doing. Without hesitation, they pulled over and came over to help. They lifted the drain grate, jumped right into the drain, and gently assisted the bird out to freedom. I had spent 2 days trying to figure out how to get this bird out because the grate was too heavy to budge. But in a few minutes of selflessness, and plain old goodness, these two amazing guys from Domco, who were on their way to a job, made it happen, and were my heroes! Thank you Domco!!

The office staff were extremely professional, and the plumber that they sent out was really helpful with a problem we had caused for one of our customers. The Domco team made it very easy to coordinate everything with our customer, and was able to respond and resolve the issue the same day, at a very reasonable price.
We were able to talk to a person on our first call, they responded to our crisis the same day and handled our customer well - it's tough dealing with a 3rd party.
We really love these guys, they are the only plumbers we use, they are locally owned and operated, and we recommend them to everyone we know.

My 90 year old mother had a slow leak in the supply line to her house in Fair Oaks. Another business recommended the ""Big Guns"" Domco. My mother & her neighbor removed the brick walk over the pipe & dug down to the pipe to expose it for repair. 2 men worked for 3 hours, dug enough around the pipe to find a pinhole leak, & installed a clamp to stop the leak. With her 15% senior discount, her bill was $2148.25. This is over $350 per hour. These big guns left a big bill. My mother feels like they took advantage of her. And so do I.
I can't imagine what they would have charged an old lady who didn't dig out the pipe for them, & who didn't refill & repair the area after them.

My youngest was in bathtub and my wife was downstairs in garage and to her horror saw a stream of water coming from ceiling...I contacted 2 plumbers who were 2 weeks out, and on my third try I got Domco. I can't believe anyone would be better. Brandon and Rob came out first thing in the morning diagnosed and showed me the issue, fixed the problem, and were on their way. Domco Plumbing did an exceptional job replacing my failed sewage ejector pump. They returned my initial call quickly, showed up on time for the service call and efficiently diagnosed the problem. They were able to pump the ejector tank with their own truck and replace my burned out pump on the same day. Quentin, the plumber assigned to my job was extremely detail oriented. His professionalism and pride in craftsmanship was evident in the manner in which he eliminated a problem float tower and neatly incorporated the floats on the newly fabricated pump riser. Quentin and Dom the owner also diagnosed the fact that the EID sewage line was back flowing into my system putting extra strain on the ejector pump. Domco's diagnosis and important addition of a back flow valve was missed by three past plumbing companies. I strongly recommend Domco Plumbing to anyone in need of plumber that will do the job right.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and backed up through our garage sink. Domco plumbing was able to move up their arrival time to better accommodate our situation. After Domco's plumber arrived and we discussed removing the clog. We also discussed the possibility of doing some additional plumbing work to provide a clean out in my garage. The plumber quickly got the approval for the additional work, removed the clog, and did a great job of installing the new clean out. Thank you Domco Plumbing for the quick fix!

My water heater was leaking and I needed someone at my house stat. The problem was it was a Saturday and no one was answering the phone. Finally, I called Domco and they sent Quentin to my house right away.

My water heater was badly installed and Quentin managed to save my water heater.

I will definitely call Domco if I have another plumbing issue.
