Sacramento Suburban Water District sent Domco plumbing out to us to address a couple issues we had since our water main was shut off due to a massive upgrade in our neighborhood. Our sink was running low and our toilet wasn't filling when water was turned back on.
Brandon came to our rescue and very efficiently took care of our problems. He exhibited awesome customer service educating us as well with what was going on. This company also got me taken care of same day and kept me informed when they were on their way. I plan on using them for my my future needs as, they are ethical and good. Thank-you!!

On the positive side our call for toilet repair was answered quickly and professionally and a free estimate was promised. The technician arrived promptly and had necessary parts on the truck. To replace the filler assembly and flapper drain valve I was quoted $175. I had previously researched the parts cost and knew they were about about $25; so the labor is about $150. The total time to do the job was about 20 minutes - so the labor was priced at about $450 an hour! I asked to speak to the ""boss"" about this quote - but he refused to speak with me .... essentially take it or leave it. It seems the business strategy is to show up and quote an outrageous price hoping the customer will accept it under the duress of the situation, which I did - and the work was completed in a quality fashion - but I will never call this company again. A ""fair price for this job is closer to $100.

Was referred to them by PJ Plumbing. We had a backup in our kitchen sink. I called at 7:00 in the morning, they were there by 7:45 and done by 8:15. Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I got a few simple quotes for other projects while they were working.

I have used Domco plumbing for 22 years. Used them for water heaters and other plumbing work. Last Sunday evening my water heater went out so having years of success with Domco I called and by 10:30 AM the next morning I had a new water heater installed. The answered right away on the Sunday evening. Justin and his helper came out and Justin was so very professional just like all the repairmen/installers are from Domco. Filled me in on everything and more. This firm is honest and top notch. Do yourself a favor if you have plumbing problems call Domco first. You will not regret it.

Eric from Domco plumbing saved my business. He went the extra mile and made sure that my business was up and running. He was able to explain to me how 5 Star Plumbing ripped me off and did not do the work that I paid them to complete. My mainline was 90% clogged after 5 Star hydrojetted it. Eric should me that the line was 90% clogged as the before and the after. He got my business up and running and I would recommend them to anyone who wants service. I even got a call from Dom early telling me that Eric was going to be 15-20 minutes late due to an emergency job. Eric wasn't even late, showed up, got it done, and now I can operate my business because Domco and Eric saved me. call them for everything. Unbelievably honest and spent the time to explain all of this to me. absolutely great

As a homeowner, I've had to call Domco three times in a state of panic. Once for a water main leak. Once for a hot water leak under the foundation of my home. And today for water damage that was on the ceiling of my kitchen. Dom sent one of his awesome plumbers to my home on the SAME DAY as my phone call on EACH occasion. They worked diligently to detect/repair the source of the leaks. The ""leak detection companies"" my homeowners insurance was going to send (days later) were totally unnecessary thanks to Domco. Every time, the Domco plumbers were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. Every single time, the amount that Domco charged me was VERY reasonable. The plumber who arrived today (Brandon) was a godsend. He patiently and methodically ruled out plumbing leaks. Brandon went a step further and didn't leave my house until he discovered the source of the leak, even though it didn't involve plumbing! As a realtor, I come in contact with a lot of contractors. I keep a short list of those I'd refer to my own clients. Domco Plumbing is on my short list of referrals, without any hesitation whatsoever!
