I had my condo repiped 6 or 7 years ago by a plumbing contractor after a series of pinhole leaks in the cheap condo copper piping. Unfortunately that first contractor left some of the cheap copper piping in place and I had another leak this spring. I called Radi for advice and he was able to tell that there were other places that hadn't been repiped by looking at the drywall patches. He recommended I contact the previous contractor and have him fix the problem.

In the end I decided to have Radi and his crew do the job. They were on time, professional, and you could tell this was not their first repipe rodeo. The work was permitted and inspected, they finished a day earlier than expected, and the crew cleaned up afterward. I sleep better at night knowing I'm not going to wake up to a big bubble of water in the ceiling thanks to Radi and his crew.

My water heater went out over weekend and I scheduled an appointment for that Tuesday. They come out as they promised and on time!!! They are very reasonably price. A BIG Thank You to Dr. Piper and Radi!!! I reached out to Radi in August when I was having an issue with my tankless water heater. Although he did not have the parts to repair, he did have the insight to my problem and the resources to locate the needed valve...in Boston. He sent me the link to the warehouse and within 2 days I had the part in San Diego. On top of explaining how to get the needed part he also came by my home and installed the replacement part with expertise.

I work with a variety of contractors in my 9-5 and it was sooo refreshing to speak and work with a contractor of high ethical and business morals! Thank you Radi and Dr. Piper.

This was our second slab leak and knowing what our neighbors went through we decided to go with a complete re-pipe. I called around to some of the big-name outfits as well as Dr. Piper (found on Yelp). Radi was the first to call back and the first to visit our house and give an estimate. The other guys took their time and I had to schedule around them. After getting the quotes and discussing the job we decided on Dr. Piper. He wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but after he described how he was going to re-pipe, add an expansion tank, replace the pressure regulator, handle the city permits AND give a start time and duration, we decided to go with them.

His crew showed up on time and finished on time. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They kept the holes in the walls to a minimum and the work was quality (no sloppy solder joints, used pipe hangers, added pipe insulation, replaced all the valves,etc.). They put up plastic to contain the dust as much as possible and were very good about cleaning up at the end of the day. After the city inspection all of the holes were patched and textured.

Having your house re-piped is very intrusive and a big job. Radi and his crew kept the disruption to a minimum. I would recommend Dr. Piper to any of my friends or family if they ever needed plumbing or re-piping.

Dr. Piper is legit. The re-pipe was insanely efficient (the water was only off for one day) and the drywall work was very good. They were very conscientious about cleanliness as well. We also paid for them to re-do a bathroom since it made sense and their attention to detail was impressive. The tile work was awesome. These guys really know what they're doing. Can't recommend enough.

We recently had a full repipe done by Radi and we could not be more pleased. Having never had this done before, we were understandably stressed about it but the whole process went like clockwork and was handled beautifully. We really feel that we made the right choice by hiring Radi and his crew. Everyone was polite and considerate and they worked SO hard to get everything done in a very timely manner. Radi definitely has that work ethic that isn't always easy to find these days. He is an incredibly hard worker.

We chose copper piping and Radi uses type L, which is the best. Everything was included in the estimate that we were given on the spot and communication back and forth all went smoothly. Something else that we really liked is that EVERYTHING was included and handled by Radi from setting up the city inspections to repair and finishing of drywall. By the way, the finished drywall work is absolutely fantastic.

We feel we got a fair price and excellent work in return. We highly recommend Radi and his crew!!

My experience with Radi and Dr Piper has been better than I could have thought possible. From a complete re-piping of the house to a leaking shower head, Radi has come to the rescue. He and his crew were prompt, hard working, capable, and efficient. They did the re-pipe of my 2300 sq ft 30yr old track home in 3 days (including passing final inspection) and after repairing the drywall you would not know they had been here. Radi manages to remain completely professional while making you feel you have a friend for life. He truly cares about the quality of his work and will settle for nothing short of perfect. So YES, do call Dr Piper. And if Radi comes to your home know that you are in for a treat!

After a decade of procrastination I finally felt confident to have found a plumbing company that I could trust with the re-piping of my 29-year old house. The new pipes had to be routed to 19 outlets. Back in May, Radi's three-man crew worked diligently and conscientiously ten-hour days Monday through Friday and left me with a completed project that has restored my faith in the existence of good workmanship! I can't say enough great things about DR. Piper and his team! We had a leak in our bedroom from the unit upstairs and it was an emergency situation, I called Radi and he sent his guys within 2 hours. Mind you, it was after 5pm and his guys had been working all day. They came in, did assessments very quick and were working on the issue within 10 minutes. In another 45 minutes the issue was fixed, the leak was stopped and we were cracking jokes!
The best experience I've ever had with a plumber, ever!!! They are professional, fast, polite and they leave you feeling like you just made a new friend! BEST in town!!!
