I called 5 plumbers in North County, 3 plumbers gave me bids. I was in shock at the cost. I decided to go out of the area and called 3 more plumbing companies one company DrPiper. Calls returned, appointments on time, cost far less. It wasn't just the cost, after a conversation, I was educated (new fitting & drywall repair included) & proceeded to hire them. I've used Dr. Piper for a number of jobs--large and small--at my home. Radi and his crew have been great. Even when an entire re-pipe job of the whole house was complicated by cramped crawl spaces and other issues, he stuck to his original quote, ensured we had running water at the end of each work day, and saw the entire job through with quality work. I'll def. be calling Radi again when I need a plumber.

Two plumbers were so afraid to take this job for fear of catastrophic water damage being caused from ruptured Plastic pipes INSIDE these 1988 THE FALLS @ Camino Bernardo, that they wouldn't even call me back!!!

My kitchen faucet valves were also completely stuck. I therefore was advised to repair them at great cost and risk to myself And downstairs neighbour.

I also had a severe height restriction and had to FIND a suitable replacement, which no hardware company in San Diego had, except Cheap ones which weren't satisfactory!

I had to go to Vista Ferguson/ BUILD, and found ONE among hundreds on display!!!
It is beautifully made in Germany with a lifetime warranty.

The faucet I had was so corroded, the handle rusted off!!! The end was so full of calcium, I had thrown it out a year ago and was using a partial steel end and the shower to wash veggies!!!

Another resident shared her great experience with Peter , so I called him and he came that evening to inspect.

Peter showed up with Radi within 48 hours
together and to my complete SHOCK AND SURPRISE, replaced the faucet and 2 extra
Parts within 1.5 hours!!!

They vacuumed everything and all I had to do was recycle the boxes!!!

Tried to get an estimate by calling the number as listed on Yelp. No one answered the phone. Was emailed and told to text the number listed on yelp. Instead of being text back, I was called back by someone, who apparently was confused for the reason for my call, didn't look at my yelp request, and had such a strong accent that it made it difficult to understand the questions he tried to ask me. Not a good way to do things. Will find someone I can clearly communicate with for such an important job.

Radi is very professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job re-placing main kitchen faucet that had frozen parts ( stop valves). He worked efficiently. As he was leaving, I remembered I had a powder room faucet handle that was malfunctioning. He quickly diagnosed and fixed it without additional charges.

I recently had my entire house repiped by Dr. Piper, and I am incredibly happy with the results. From the start, their communication and attention to detail were excellent. Peter, who was our main contact person answered all of our questions thoroughly and patiently, and also took the time to explain the entire process to me. He was readily available to take our phone calls when questions would arise.

I received estimates from other repiping companies, and Dr. Piper's estimate was pretty competitive in comparison. However, I chose them for a few reasons. First, they have been in business for a long time and have done several repiping jobs. Second, they pull all of the necessary permits and have a proper city inspector check their work. This gave me a peace of mind knowing that they are doing their best work to ensure that the repiping job passes inspection. Other companies I considered did not do either of these things. Lastly, they use high-quality commercial grade L Type copper piping.

Rudy and his team were very professional. Even though I was away on vacation during the project, Rudy was very careful of our home. He left everything clean and tidy when they were finished for the day. Rudy even made sure to take pictures of the project and kept in touch, giving me updates while I was away. They also did a great job of patching up the our walls after all the repiping was completed.

I highly recommend Dr. Piper to anyone that needs their services. They are professional and experienced company that provides excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship. They have perfect ratings for good reason. They simply are the best.

I hired De Piper to do my whole house Repipe. These guys did a really good job. Peter was transparent and careful doing the initial assessment and quote. Radi and George are really good do all the Repiping work. I chose the Copper solution and glad to hear they only do Copper L, and do it on both hot and cold lines. Someone may prefer PEX but we want a longer durability so decided to invest more. The best part I like is Radi is never in a hurry. He doesn't care how long it takes for him to finish the project but just care if he did it right. Many companies told me they will finish my house within 7 days, one company told me they are going to finish in 4 days. After seeing how Radi and George did it I felt lucky I didn't hire those companies. If you're going to consider repipe I'll recommend this company to you.

Great company! Highly recommended. We ha a wonderful experience with them. Don't look any further for repiping. These guys are the best. Plus they took care of all the permitting which other companies didn't even mention. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of their work and the workers themselves were so nice and efficient and they also did great cleanup. You won't find a more professional team.

Radi is hands down the best. The most honest, kind, and dependable there is. When I detected what I thought was a potential shower leak, Radi came by my house the same day to have a look and provide an honest assessment. He was transparent and warned me of potential upsells from other companies. He was also very available to answer texts and phone calls for any questions that I had regarding the job. He fixed my shower drain, installed new shower fixtures, redid my drywall, and installed a new toilet wax ring. He's also super personable and an all around good guy. Highly recommended!
