Doc Plumbing and Team really came through for my family. We had family scheduled to come in town fro a long weekend and two days before our tankless water heater goes out. Carson came over and gave us the bad news that we will have to replace it. My family already had 2 days of cold showers and baths. My wife was in tears. The entire Doc Plumbing team bent over backwards to get the equipment and free up the resources to get this done quickly. Then the monsoons came in. Being an exterior units it can't be done in heavy rains. Then there is Carson. He met my 3 year old daughter and my wife and said he didn't want my kids to have to take one more cold bath. He grabbed Cameron and the two of then went to work on the side of the house in horizontal rain and worked into the evening until it was done. Carson and Cameron and the entire Doc Plumbing team are true heroes to my family and me. Thanks for everything. I will always call Doc Plumbing if I have any issues with my house going forward. Technician was prompt and friendly, fixed the issue without problems, and then the final bill was even less than the quoted price. (Which was already the lowest out of everyone I called) Very positive experience. Didn't try to up sell me on anything.

Stay away. Horrible. The guy flooded the cabinet under my sink and did not take any responsibility. And he did not have any of the parts I needed. Worse than useless. And a day later there was a leak all over the bathroom floor after he removed and replaced a leaky faucet. Had to call a leak remediation company. I heard they used to be good. Obviously not any longer.

If you want the job done right without any hassle, call Doc's. Have used them in four different buildings over the years and have always been satisfied. Sadly during my last renovation Doc's was too busy (because they are good) to meet my contractor's schedule and we were forced to use a different contractor. I've had numerous problems with the other plumber. Use Doc's!

I had docs plumbing install a new water heater. I was very pleased with the outcome. I was charged exactly the price I was quoted. The service person arrive just about perfectly on time, and worked carefully to make sure the install was done correctly. It took a few hours but it was well worth it. I'm a very satisfied customer.
