They came out three times for a gurgling sound in my kitchen sink in my hi-rise condominium. They just left after the third trip to my place and the guy said its either a problem with the building (which is it not) or the R.O. Filter. I explained that this was the third time I took time off to meet them and you are going to walk out the door and not look at the RO filter and try to finally figure this out? He said it must be something with the filter and left.

So professional, so efficient, and right on par with what you would expect to pay for top notch quality service. I love the fact that I'm dealing with a company that answers the phone, asks the right questions regarding your issue, and immediately schedules and completes the work! It's crazy bc that is what you just would expect from any business yet it's become somewhat rare these days. Well not with Doc's. I'm telling you from this man who's 44 years old, able to perform most home projects, just knows when a job is out of his reach...and if they can handle the issue I gave them, they definitely got yours covered!

Very efficient service, from Shelby and Vicki on the phones to Greg doing the actual toilet replacement for our business. No hidden fees, no extra time, I got what I asked for which was a new toilet in a restaurant and a backflow certification. This is the company to use when you need it done.

I called Doc's plumbing when the meter man told me I had a leak at the meter. Meter man NEVER said it was pretty much an emergency, but even so, Doc's plumbing said they would be out the next day. They showed up on time and Damian, the employee who shoed up was masked and polite. as soon as he took off the meter cover off he saw water and he proceeded to vacuum it out and gain visibility. It was pretty clear then that we had a big leak. Damian called me out to show me & attempted to turn off the city water without success - it was too tight. He immediately contacted Ft Lauderdale utility service and explained problem and asked for them to come and turn off water. While waiting for them, he went to to get a part he didn't have. He had explained that he needed to dig up and move some of my shrubs to gain access, but he was neat and careful about it. He completed the repair, replaced the bushes and the dirt leaving everything clean and in order. This was a bit of a pricey repair, but I think it was appropriately priced for the work, time and service provided ! It turned out that the pipe that was leaking which had been installed by Wallice Plumbing (in Coral Springs) 3 years ago had an actual slice and resulting defect in it. Somehow they managed to install it anyway and I have been leaking for 3 years, but suddenly it got way worse. I have used Doc's several times - usually I get Greg as the plumber who is also extremely nice, punctual and efficient. I definitely recommend Doc's plumbing for any repair work or emergencies. I have heard that they are also good honest people to work with for renovations. below are pictures of the cut pipe that Wallice Plumbing had installed - DO NOT USE THEM!!

We have used Doc's Plumbing a couple of times over the past few years for everything from repairing minor leaks, changing out hardware, replacing hose bibs, and replacing the entire valve system in our guest bathroom. No regrets. To date, their pricing has been reasonable, the plumbers have been extremely professional and friendly (and clean up well after!), and the work has been done right. I would recommend them highly.

Yesterday we woke up to NO HOT WATER! A friend recommended Doc's plumbing. We called and they sent Kenneth to us the same day. Kenneth really knew what he was doing and solved our problem. Took over a week for someone to come to my house. I am in the process of remodeling my entire home and was needing a gas line to be moved approximately 8 feet. After the guy finally made it by, I never even received a quote. Completely delayed the job.
