This is the worst contractor you could ever think. I didn't choose them and they were assigned to me by the insurance company. Rude, unprofessional, and lazy.

I used to live in Napa, recently moved to Newark. I had a plumbing issue. Doc's plumbing is terrible. Their manager/owner has not customer service skills. They are unreliable and a waste of time and money.

Michael exceeded our expectations! He was helpful and very professional. Our garbage disposal was leaking and he took care of it right away. Garbage disposal replaced in no time. Great customer service! Thanks again Michael! Excellent young man!

One of those instances where I wish I could give a zero start review.

They looked at our broken water heater over a week ago. Home warranty authorized a new heater and repair which took 4 days (last time I checked you could grab a 50gal heater at Home Depot in 5 minutes). They wouldn't confirm a booking before the heater came in and of course when it did, Stanley was too busy to get here until Monday leaving us without hot water for a simple heater replacement for a totally of 12 DAYS.

Stanley was rude, unprofessional, lazy and unsympathetic. Couldn't recommend less. If you're so done with your career you have genuine hate for customers for being... customers, you should retire.

I found a great plumbing service in San Jose that was onsite and swapped out our heater for the cash value the home warranty guys authorized in 3 hours time.

I absolutely love docs plumbing. Micheal came to my house to replace a water heater not only he help with my water heater he also gave me tips to keep my plumping clean. I would recommend docs plumping to all my family and friends. Ask for Michael.

My service started with my house warranty as well. It took 2 days for me to get a call from them after I submitted service request. Michael was the guy assigned for my case. He replaced the disposal as expected and was very professional. He tested the new disposal, checked for leakage and explained what he did after he finished the installation. The service met all the expectation I had.

I didn't choose them unfortunately they were assigned to me by the insurance company. I called them several times, left voice messages but no answer for a week. Made an appointment after a week later and when they show up the plumber was rude and had a super bad attitude. Just looked at the problem, didn't even listen what I said instead just told me ""I know"" and left. Well maybe you don't know everything. Terrible business.

Thanks for Daryl's great work, he saved my life. My water heater was leaking and I had to shut down the main water valve. No water for cooking, toileting nor showering. Waiting for the insurance company to authorize the replacement, he helped me to clapped off the heater water supply only. so i have water at least for basic life function. the next day, he got me a new heater replaced promptly. The boss is cool too! tried to give me the best time to fit my working schedule!.

I booked thr my house insurance company, just like other reviewwes did. I would say in my case, nothing unhappy has ever happened. The guy arrives on time as scheduled. And he said my kitchen sink is just jammed, so he fixed it and gave a manual scew which I can do it myself for the future. Amazing...I have no complains.
