Put in a service request with American Home Warranty o 02/22/2021. The service request was for two toilets at my residence with some issues. Received a phone call the following morning. Was told there was an availability today, 02/23/2021 between 12-3pm.

Employee showed up at 12. Employee was professional. Took care of both issues in under two hours. Would definitely ask for them to come out next time I have a pluming issue.

I wish I can give a negative review - Sent by the home warranty service. Neven came in time and misinformed the insurance company. Paid $75 and have to use out side plumber to get the job done. It's a fraud between an insurance company and Docs plumbing. SAY NO as soon as it is referred by your insurance company

They were referred by our home warranty. They were scheduled for afternoon appt, but called ahead and came in a bit earlier which worked out well for us. They had masks on, booties, and quickly cleared up the clog. Good experience overall.

Worst service I have ever seen. These guys came out took 1 picture, took a week to do a report to AHW. They don't pick up the phone, they are rude, the employees look like thugs. Please don't get them to come to your house. Reviews don't lie

We are currently renting, and Doc's Plumbing was assigned to us through our landlord/home warranty. They were out to fix a garbage disposal and an issue with the shower. The garbage disposal was fixed on the initial visit, and parts were ordered for the shower. The tech let me know that ordering parts through insurance might take a while. He kept me in the loop by showing me what work was being done, and answered any questions I had. He arrived within the given time frames on both visits. I am happy with the work completed (everything is working as it should).

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. After the workers left my home I googled the company and no wonder they only have 2 stars. Terrible customer service! I cannot emphasize this enough, they do not care for their customers. The guy they sent to fix my washing machine was rude, unprofessional and completely overbearing. They literally did not touch one thing, spoke to my mom as if she was illiterate and walked out. This company was sent through insurance and it was a horrible decision. I called the manager and he was equally as rude, I'm not sure how this company still has customer. I don't know if the managers have become desensitized to feedback or proper etiquette and customer service, but man there is no winning here. I didn't even request to file a complaint...I was calling JUST to inform them of their awful customer service (because any good business would want feedback and to have happy customers) but the joke is on me because they truly do not care.

The worst people the insurance company assigned for me. These guys were rude, unprofessional and act like they were the bosses. Have to call insurance to send me another plumber because they messed up my sink.

I wish I read the yelp review before have Docs Plumbing come to do the fixing. They were assigned by Old Republic Home Warranty. He did not fix the faucet issue, but Old Republic Home Warranty charge us the trip fee for it.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They were assigned to me by First American. Not only did they not fix the leak, but they have now replaced a shower valve stem part which has rendered the shower completely unusable. They take several days to report back to FAHW and never respond to voicemail. They are rude and unprofessional. When asked why their ""fix"" has affected the water pressure in the shower, they were rude and responded with a ""I don't know what to say"". Then get out of the business!
They also fraudulently indicated that the shower door not closing as the cause of the leak, which is complete garbage. Never hire these people - they are crooks. If you go through your home warranty company, ask that they send someone else.

This is the worst contractor you could ever think. I didn't choose them and they were assigned to me by the insurance company. Rude, unprofessional, and lazy.
