Home warranty sent this company for our toilet being clogged. Gentleman tried some and then informed me they couldn't get and the whole toilet would have to be removed and possibly replaced. They did replace the flapper that was worn. After leaving I seen the scratches in my toilet and was not pleased and started questioning the work. I called another company not with my home warranty. The Gentleman got the item in the first try and also took the the time to fix the scratches left behind from first attempt with Dockside plumbing. I called and left a very stern message with Dockside about it all and I did say I would leave a bad review and inform warranty company. I later received a very nasty phone call from Chris himself. I was yelled at and when I try to speak he spoke over me. Also informed me he did not give a shit about our family being 20 year veteran but he makes sure his sight points out he is. I informed him even more shame on you and he's unprofessional. Trying to make a point and still being yelled at I did say okay ""honey bun"" he yelled and stated what his name was. I said no it's asshole cause at that point he was cause of yelling at me like he was. He was such a great person and ended our conversation ""Fuck you, you fucking bitch"" then hung up. Yes Chris I know you will come back and fight with me on this go ahead cause you show your true colors and there many people stating the same thing. I would suggest reflect on your behavior. Anyone that isn't happy with service and call it out you go nasty and unprofessional. By the way you still got paid for the work even after calling me a fucking bitch. And yes I turned you in to home warranty for such a nasty unprofessional behavior. And yes I was honest I called you an asshole after being yelled at to warranty company so I own my shit and I know you won't. You will come on here and bash me like you about 90% of the reviews. Also I'm a bigger person and I will still stay Thank you for serving our country. You have yourself a good day.

My garbage disposal went on the fritz and Dockside Plumbing was the company for the task at hand. Great service, AMAZING technicians ( Jorge was the plumber at my house along with a fantastic assistant ) ... they were on time, quick to fix the issue and very nice gentleman to add to this incredibly efficient work order! They even went above and beyond and checked all the boxes to make sure the garbage disposal had no further underlying issues!!

Bad company!!! Owners Chris and Heidi incompetent! Needed a repair to the toilet American Home Shield sent this bad vendor, they did not fix the problem and proceeded to yell at me.

American Home Shield sent another vendor, who fixed the problem in 5 minutes...5 minutes!

Dockside plumbing is terrible, read the reviews before you deal with them. There is a common thread: they don't fix the problem and then they are rude and scream at you! Same issues with numerous people shows it's them. Avoid them if you can.

American Home Shield notified how bad this vendor is and they are escalating the issues to their vendor relations department. Hopefully they drop this vendor, because they are giving American Home Shield a bad name also.

This company does not even deserve 1 star. The female who answered the phone was rude and belligerent. That is bad business and she should be reprimanded. Carlos the plumber Dockside sent to replace two Moen cartridges and a toilet line leak. Carlos has only been on the job for a short period of time. He replaced one cartridge and repaired the line leak. He could not replace the second cartridge since the Moen handle hub was frozen and could not be unscrewed. Carlos did not know how to unscrew the hub and stated the company would contact Moen for a new handle hub which turned out to be a bold face lie. He then proceeded to look into our toilet tanks which was an invasion of privacy since it was not on the work order and may be a cause for legal action. He then wrote on the receipt that the toilet tanks ""have some resin beads"" the water softener is busted, ""causing secondary damage to all fixtures"" and notified the Home Warranty company which voided our warranty for the cartridges. With minimal experience how did Carlos know our soft water conditioner was busted? Dockside did not install it. How did Carlos know it was resin in our toilet tanks and not normal debris. How did Carlos know there was secondary damage to all our fixtures without checking each fixture. What he and Dockside did was despicable. I would never use this plumbing company again and as a retired President/CEO would not recommend them to my circle of associates, friends, neighbors, or family members.

My experience is the worst customer service of ANY company I have encountered. I am a lifelong Las Vegas resident and homeowner. Karen, (if that is her real name) is the worse person on phone representing this company. I am saddened my home warranty company has partnered with Dockside Plumbing as one of their providers. This company's representation is so bad, that a below rating is not available to select.

My issue with Dockside is one of integrity and honesty, as they refused to provide an itemized list of their cost to replace my water heater. In addition to being rude and loud over the phone. What company does that?

This company should not be allowed to service Las Vegas residents. I intend to file a complaint with the Nevada State Attorney, as this company's business practice needs to be investigated! And I am questioning why AHS is using this company as a provider!

Water heater replacement. From setting up appointment to completion of the job, I am impressed. Chris is the most knowledgeable pro I know. Skill level, demeanor, problem solving, and communication all excellent. This wasn't your avg install.There were several problems with whomever did the install years ago. Lots of changes for safety and efficiency. He took a tough job that should have left a mess and used so much care to keep things neat, clean and organized. Quite the weightlifter too. At any rate, there's a reason to hire a licensed contractor with a ton of experience. SAFETY and comfort. Amazing job and problem solving. Thank you.

You must have me confused with another disappointed customer or this is a deliberate mischaracterization of the exchange. First visit was to diagnose the problem and the second was to resolve the problem. Toilet still running .

Dockside rocks! We've had a continuous problem with our toilet having a mind of its own, usually running all hours. Their Tech Goldman came in, diagnosed and fixed the problem in minutes. He was cheerful and professional, which was much appreciated.

My home warranty recommended this joke of a company. Tried to get them changed before the work order went out. But AHS claimed that I couldn't. Just needed a simple leak under the sink and leak behind the toilet fixed. The guy that came out was very very nice and friendly. Downside he didn't know how to fix the issue. He used face time with his boss to complete the job. Now, that's a first. Who does that?? Well, he turns off the water and I ask him if he needs to turn on one of the water spigots to relieve pressure. He says no that he turned one on from the outside. At this time I called the home warranty company and explained this to them. They claim to it's new to them. He fixes the issues. The gentlemen turns the water back on and the pipes sputter. He flushed my master bathroom toilet and it makes this low moaning noise it has never made before. I ask if that's normal and he assures me it will go away after a few flushes. He leaves and I go outside to check to see if he actually turned on an outside spigot and he didn't. I couldn't find any water that would've turned on. Next day toilet still making the sound. I called the warranty company and they sent over a recall to this company. I receive a text from dockside that my warranty company hasn't sent them paperwork. My warranty company keeps sending them paperwork and all this company says is ohhh it's its water pressure. YEA RIGHT! It's only coming from the toilet they touched! None of my other toilets are making this noise. How would they know if they only came out once?!??? BEWARE NEVER USE OR LET THIS COMPANY TOUCH YOUR PLUMBING! I never write bad reviews but this time is an exception because right is right and wrong is wrong. Don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining. If you messed up just own up to it. I am all for people saying ok we made a mistake, let us fix it. But just to keep saying water pressure like they do on everyone else's complaint on yelp and google is ridiculous!!

BOTTOMLINE.... This company is honest from the start.
When I called. Heidi explained everything about replacing my water heater.
I sent pictures and she knew exactly what it needed, quoted a price and Chris came out the next day with my water heater ready to install.
Don't pay attention to the bad reviews because you will be doing yourself a dis-service for not hiring Dockside Plumbing.
