Contacted dockside plumbing through AHS warranty. I had a problem with a leaking pipe that they fixed a week ago and they also fixed something in the tank. The problem I was having today was the toilet was plugged up (stoppage). A female (who didn't want to share her name) called me and told me that I have to put a new work order in. I was furious because I was confused on why I had to pay another $100 for something that i thought it was related from their last visit a week ago, so I did give her attitude and did cuss at her by saying ""this is BS"".

Few hours later, My wife called me and told me that the toilet continued to run and it flooded my whole downstairs. So I put in a new work order in.

The female called me back after received the work order and I apologized for cussing and giving her attitude. I explained that I was stressed out and needed someone out there ASAP. The female did not accept my apology and said I was making accusations that my house is flooded and that I'm lying. She was verbally abusive after that and I returned by being verbally abusive as well. She was totally unprofessional by cussing at me and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she said ""I am the manager"". Then after we continued to go back and forth on how ""great"" her manger skills were with customers, she said ""I'm going to send the manager to my your house!"" And she hung up the phone on me. I was left confused if she was the manager or not.

The plumber, Carlos, showed up and inspected my toilet, snaked my toilet and told me that my house pipes are all clogged and I need to put another work order in.

So I put in the order and when it got assigned to this company again. I was contacted by a unknown male that works for the company, who told me to cancel the order because he doesn't want to serve me due to me not being satisfied with my services. I explained to him that it wasn't the plumber, it was the manger who I had a problem with but WHAT A BLESSING! I had another company called Blue Diamond Plumbing come and service it and found out that my whole house WASN'T CLOGGED, it was just the specific toilet that was clogged up. He used the same snake as Dockside and managed to unclog the toilet.

I also told Dockside about how I think the flooding may have occurred and asked them to check the flapper, they said nothing was wrong. When Alex from Diamond Plumbing came he told us the chain for the flapper was on too tight and there was too much slack that it was getting caught under the flapper, that's how it flooded.

Not only is the ""manager"" incompetent but so are the plumbers. Dockside told us our whole house was clogged from upstairs and it's all coming to the downstairs toilet, they told us everything was fine in our tank. They were wrong! I would not recommend this company. If I could give no stars I would.

They were assigned by American Home Service. Very good all the way around from communication to coming and quickly and professionally fixing (replacing) sink garbage disposal that was leaking as couldn't use the sink until it was fixed.

The female owner demanded full payment before any work was started. She cancelled my appointment while the driver was on his way and refused to accept half payment up front and the rest upon completion of the job. My wife and I ended up going with a water heater from Home Depot with same day installation and saved $600. Sir, my wife and I never agreed to pay in full before completion of the job so that's not true. I understand you have a business to run and that's fine. I actually did schedule an appointment with the city for the permit. Everything I do is legit. From one sailor to another sailor, Thank you for your service and have a great day sir.

This company was assigned through AHS, he came to look at a pipe that was leaking from my shower upstairs. Found that it's the wrong pipe that needs to be replaced with the correct pipe. AHS denied covering because the verbiage in the report was there was a ""missing"" part not ""wrong"" size/part. Dockside wanted to charge me over 400$ to fix out of pocket so i told them I'm going to call AHS. He replied ""we already told them the issue & they denied it."" So I went ahead and called AHS told them it was not a missing part but the wrong part. They said they would send another company to come and fix it if it's truly just a wrong pipe and would be covered. They said it wouldn't be covered if there was a missing pipe/part.

Had a busted trash compactor...before he even got to the house he knew what needed to be done...got there and was done in 15 minutes. This man Chris knows his stuff! Highly recommend! Second time we've used him...both times ...amazing!

At first I was afraid of this company because of the reviews, so I call the insurance company to dispatch another company. Well, Carlos and Isaias came home last Monday, November 2022 arrived, see the faucet problem under the kitchen sink and KABOOM clean job, excellent job, in 15 - 20 minutes they departed. Problem fixed. Thanks guy well done job...I appreciate it.

American home shield sent this company to fix my leak under kitchen sink they told me they couldn't fix it because I had disconnected the hose that goes to the dishwasher to put a bucket to catch the dripping water nothing was done but I did lose my deductible they got paid for doing absolutely nothing

Home warranty sent this company for our toilet being clogged. Gentleman tried some and then informed me they couldn't get and the whole toilet would have to be removed and possibly replaced. They did replace the flapper that was worn. After leaving I seen the scratches in my toilet and was not pleased and started questioning the work. I called another company not with my home warranty. The Gentleman got the item in the first try and also took the the time to fix the scratches left behind from first attempt with Dockside plumbing. I called and left a very stern message with Dockside about it all and I did say I would leave a bad review and inform warranty company. I later received a very nasty phone call from Chris himself. I was yelled at and when I try to speak he spoke over me. Also informed me he did not give a shit about our family being 20 year veteran but he makes sure his sight points out he is. I informed him even more shame on you and he's unprofessional. Trying to make a point and still being yelled at I did say okay ""honey bun"" he yelled and stated what his name was. I said no it's asshole cause at that point he was cause of yelling at me like he was. He was such a great person and ended our conversation ""Fuck you, you fucking bitch"" then hung up. Yes Chris I know you will come back and fight with me on this go ahead cause you show your true colors and there many people stating the same thing. I would suggest reflect on your behavior. Anyone that isn't happy with service and call it out you go nasty and unprofessional. By the way you still got paid for the work even after calling me a fucking bitch. And yes I turned you in to home warranty for such a nasty unprofessional behavior. And yes I was honest I called you an asshole after being yelled at to warranty company so I own my shit and I know you won't. You will come on here and bash me like you about 90% of the reviews. Also I'm a bigger person and I will still stay Thank you for serving our country. You have yourself a good day.

My garbage disposal went on the fritz and Dockside Plumbing was the company for the task at hand. Great service, AMAZING technicians ( Jorge was the plumber at my house along with a fantastic assistant ) ... they were on time, quick to fix the issue and very nice gentleman to add to this incredibly efficient work order! They even went above and beyond and checked all the boxes to make sure the garbage disposal had no further underlying issues!!

Bad company!!! Owners Chris and Heidi incompetent! Needed a repair to the toilet American Home Shield sent this bad vendor, they did not fix the problem and proceeded to yell at me.

American Home Shield sent another vendor, who fixed the problem in 5 minutes...5 minutes!

Dockside plumbing is terrible, read the reviews before you deal with them. There is a common thread: they don't fix the problem and then they are rude and scream at you! Same issues with numerous people shows it's them. Avoid them if you can.

American Home Shield notified how bad this vendor is and they are escalating the issues to their vendor relations department. Hopefully they drop this vendor, because they are giving American Home Shield a bad name also.
