Cole was so quick to get a quote back to me. He was running ahead of time so he called and asked if he and his helper Andrew could come early. Greatly appreciate the call and having them come early. They showed up, got to work really quick and went above and beyond. They even went looking for an electric part that we didn't have for the dishwasher. So kind and thoughtful to offer and make that extra effort. Will definitely hire again for more plumbing needs. He showed us that there are good, honest, and trustworthy plumbers in the trade that take pride in thier work. Very easy to communicate with and they left thier work area perfectly clean after. Mahalo guys for a five star experience!

My experience with this company has been nothing short of exceptional! My husband & I had a pressing situation where we needed someone to come out and take out our leaking water heater ASAP! We called Cole this morning and he came out same day! Cole and his team were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Even though it was a Sunday, Do It Right Plumbing responded right away when we asked to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. Other companies either did not respond right away or flat out told us to contact them later, when they are open. They showed up on time, inspected everything that we asked about, gave us the estimate, and completed all the work in one day. They were professional, courteous, knowledgable, and efficient. We recommend them highly and will use their repair services again in the future when we need assistance.

Recently I've asked Cole to change my main drain line which was in really bad shape. He and his crew came to my home and made those changes as requested. They did an awesome job. Furthermore, Cole was honest enough to advise changing other plumbing pipes and fixtures. With the amount of work he and his crew did, they accomplished it within a day!!!! I'm very impressed how hard his young men work, have great mannerism, and how organized they are. It's really hard to find someone like ""Do It Rite Plumbing"" to be fair, honest, and professional. Give braddah Cole and his crew a call for your plumbing services. I know I will be calling him to do more projects.

My water heater was leaking. I needed a plumber and I checked through Yelp. I picked Do It Rite because it sounded so right. I went through the reviews in Yelp and everyone gave it a five star rating. That speaks volume. Cole, the owner came to check out the problem - no charge and we set up a date for the job the following week. He showed up PROMPTLY with his assistant, Andrew, and got right to work. Along the way, a couple hiccups, but they managed to overcome and got the job done beautifully. They don't grumble or complain. They are professionals, fast, hardworking, no mess and very polite. They are very impressive young men with excellent work attitude. They will be my plumbers for life. Anyone looking for plumbers, just call DO IT RITE! They are RIGHT ON.

I submitted quote requests to many different vendors using the Yelp feature because the one we were previously using was about six years past it's recommended usage time. Of them all, Cole was the only one that was both patient and thorough in gathering the information he needed to provide both his professional recommendations and an accurate quote. Cole noted he was available to do the job the following week, and estimated the job to take about two hours, from 8:30am to 10:30am - perfect! The day of the job, Cole calls an hour ahead to confirm he was on his way. About 15 minutes before 8:30, he calls again to let me know that he's running behind because he had to pick up parts. While this act may seem inconsequential to others, to me it spoke volumes about how much Cole values his clients. About ten minutes past 8:30, Cole shows up and goes to work. I will admit that the job took a smidge longer to complete than what was originally quoted. If I'm to be completely honest however, I am grateful that Cole took his time to provide top notch work instead of half-assing it due to time constraints. After the installation was completed, we were provided with a thorough explanation of all the work done, and Cole took the time to walk us through the operation and features of the water heater, including answering questions that we had. Best of all, the final invoice was almost exactly what we were originally quoted! Overall, this was a positive experience and we could not be more satisfied with the level of professionalism displayed both in Cole's business and work ethic. If you need a plumber, consider Do It Rite Plumbing!

You have to wonder how a plumbing company can tally up so many 5-star ratings. Five or ten 5-star ratings, good friends and family might have written them. But over 80? I got tired after reading about 20 or so, totally convinced these folks were worth a try, even though I'd never heard of them before. I never found less than 5-star (might be, I didn't go through them all). Each a continuing theme...honest, diligent, do what they promised when they promised, reasonable prices. Not what you expect these days. Definitely a cut above the better known companies that too often make you wish you never called them. We had water seeping from under a toilet base, presumably simple enough, a leaking seal, though it wasn't an easily accessible toilet, nor base. Of course it was found on a Friday night. I called and spoke to Cole very early Saturday morning, Wednesday was the earliest they could respond. I had a couple other plumbers I could have turned to for possible quicker repair, but something nudged me to wait since we have two other bathrooms as backups. As promised, the DIRP team arrived on time and went directly to work, did a very thorough check of the entire situation and quickly repaired the problem...a leaking seal. They also quickly repaired a leaky outdoor faucet. The team was professional, efficient, respectful of our flooring, took very thorough effort to comply with the current Covid-19 crisis requirements, and left the work area very clean. They were impressive. So how much do I owe you? You'll get the bill by e-mail. I did just a few minutes later. The price more than fair. Then Cole called to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. Clicking on the e-mail's ""Pay Invoice"" link took me to online pay options, one being Apple Pay. Clicked that, clicked a button twice on my iPhone, did a facial scan, and voila, the bill was paid...seconds to complete. Exactly how to do business in the 21st century. I didn't get a lot of sleep the night before, imagining all the potential add-ons and up-charges that could be found, or maybe something worse than a leaky seal. But none of that happened. It could not have gone more smoothly. We have been putting off renovating two upstairs bathrooms, but I felt such satisfaction with this company I've already started discussions to explore doing so in the near future. In summary, this was a reassuring experience during a stressful time for everyone. The DIRP team are my candidates for ""Home Repair Professionals of the Year."" It was a great pleasure to work with them and I am grateful for the super support.
