I rarely write reviews, but will take the time to write one for exceptional service. I agree with all the other positive reviewers for Do It Rite Plumbing and can confirm that Cole and his team are awesome! Cole is super friendly, responsive and professional and truly cares about taking care of his customers. He and Makai quickly replaced my leaky faucet and carefully cleaned up after they were done. Cole's rates are also very reasonable. Cole provided great advice on updating my other fixtures to prevent future problems. I will definitely be using their services again and will recommend them to all my friends and family! Thanks so much for the great service!

A little bit more than some competitors but available, on-time and efficient. Quickly diagnosed problem, made fix and cleaned up carefully. Took time to explain what they were doing, check all fittings for hidden problems. Excellent clean-up after done leaving job site cleaner than they found it. Would definitely hire them again.

To be quite honest, they did no plumbing for me, but that's a good thing!! This company is honest and trustworthy- use them. I will call them for my future plumbing needs. I though I needed to fix a dripping shower faucet, but Cole explained that it was normal and that I didn't need to. He also checked pressure at my home to make sure that we were good. May need to change the regulator in the future, but not at this time. They did not make any money from me today, but their integrity ensures that I will use them for my plumbing needs in the future. If you are on the fence, give them a call!

Cole, a veteran and the business owner and his employee Andrew were absolutely outstanding. I had a long list of preventative maintenance and a couple of improvements (i.e. adding a hose bib) that I wanted to get done BEFORE it was an emergency. I don't know if it was something I said or what, but trying to get a plumber out to do ""non-emergency"" work at non-emergency prices was a challenge. After about 3 weeks of trying to schedule a plumber, I called Cole and suddenly it wasn't so difficult to get a quote and get it scheduled. He and Andrew showed up on time, even called to confirm he was 15 minutes out when he completed his previously scheduled job. The two of them spent the day taking care of everything I wanted and even did a couple of improvements (like installing a new ball valve for the main water shut off valve in a much better location) that I did not expect. Cole and Andrew are a great team and do great work. I learned a really good lesson in the last month or so regarding plumbers. I have never had a problem scheduling a plumber during the rare emergency, but try and schedule one when you don't have water up to your ankles and WOW, the response is a bit different! We will not be using anybody else in the future. Do It Right Plumbing was so awesome at my non-emergency repairs that we won't be calling anyone else if/when we have any emergency or non-emergency repair in the future. You are on a very short ""list"" of licensed professionals we know we can rely upon if needed. Much Mahalo to Cole and Andrew of Do It Right Plumbing.

Our water regulator was no longer reducing the house water pressure-way too high. Called Cole who was able to schedule us right away. Micaiah and Ethan arrived early and got right to work. Very hard working, professional and friendly. Finished replacing the regulator and adjusted the water pressure. Was charged a very reasonable price. This is the second time I have called upon DIRP and would highly recommend them.

I have used Do It Right plumbing for several years now. Cole and his crew have done both small and large jobs for me. They are always on time and clean up any mess they have made. I also like that when you call them, Cole is always the one you talk to. You can't go wrong with this plumbing company.

First impressions was very good. They seem to be very knowledgeable about what I was talking about and did a very good and quick job in clearing the sewer line and also made a few suggestions as to what I should do on preventative maintenance. That left a good impression with me.

Stop looking for another plumber! These are your guys! Showed up exactly on time, found the issue had a game plan and executed in a timely manner. They too great care to clean up they finished and were fair with their eastimed time for repair since they charge by the hour. These guys will be the only plumbing company I will ever work with again. Side note: They don't repair drywall but YouTube saved the day and I fixed up the holes myself.
