Cole and his team (Drew and Tyson) are highly skilled professionals and maintained active communications every phase along the way - from providing the estimate, ordering of supplies, through the service appointment and post project follow-up. My water heater was leaking. I needed a plumber and I checked through Yelp. I picked Do It Rite because it sounded so right. I went through the reviews in Yelp and everyone gave it a five star rating. That speaks volume. Cole, the owner came to check out the problem - no charge and we set up a date for the job the following week. He showed up PROMPTLY with his assistant, Andrew, and got right to work. Along the way, a couple hiccups, but they managed to overcome and got the job done beautifully. They don't grumble or complain. They are professionals, fast, hardworking, no mess and very polite. They are very impressive young men with excellent work attitude. They will be my plumbers for life. Anyone looking for plumbers, just call DO IT RITE! They are RIGHT ON.

They came earlier and finished work much faster than I was expecting. They are very efficient and work hard. I had a leak in the upstairs shower and I couldn't find the problem. I also wanted a shutoff valve where the line enters the house. Cole sent 2 young men out and they quickly put in the valve and new pressure regulator on the outside of the house. It only took them a few minutes to find the cause of the leak and made the repair. We ran the shower for about 10 minutes to be certain the leak was fixed. They cleaned everthing up and were gone. Very good, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced.

Theses guys do things the right way! They have fixed many old problems with our house, that stemmed from the home builder doing things to ""code"", but not meant to last too long. They never try to upsell or charge for stuff we don't need. Love these guys!
