Cole was great to deal with. Everything was so easy. He answered yelp quote feature with accurate quotes. Send him pics of the issue and he gave me an accurate quote. There were no surprises when he arrived or when the job was done. Sent me an invoice thru email and I could pay by CC via the emailed invoice. I wasn't even home throughout the whole process. My wife just let him in and he did his thing. Commutes with me throughout and everything so smooth.

My condo's main water shutoff failed over the weekend. I scheduled one plumber for Monday after noon, but they cancelled on me around lunch time. Cole responded very quickly to my request to see if he was available and was able to squeeze me in in less than an hour. He asked the right questions to make sure that he fully understood the work I wanted done and to make sure I knew what to expect. His work was top notch and I have no doubt it will hold up for the long run. He also took the time to thoroughly clean up after he was done leaving the area around my water heater cleaner than before he arrived. To top it all off, the price for the work was very reasonable, probably even a little less than I had expected to pay. I will definitely call Cole if I have a plumbing project in the future and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
