BE PREPARED TO BE ROYALLY RIPPED OFF! This company did respond right away, but completely takes advantage of their customers, lied over and over, kept changing prices, and changing equipment needs on invoices. I was confused with all the changes, and when I asked about the discrepancy's, I was bullied and berated. When my husband further asked why they wouldn't give an itemized breakdown of charges, he was told
""We make too much money to give a SH$$T"". Our plumber was named Dylan and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a service technician.

My two toilet wasn't flushing, so I called them yesterday and scheduled for a service for this morning. The staff who answered my call was very professional and helpful. ""J Gunner"" was the tech, he explained to me the Process and started work right away. He fixed two tiolets but charged me for one. He was professional, informative and very friendly. I would def use them again in the future.

I would not even give this company any stars if that was possible. We had to have the valve replaced in our shower. The cost was extremely high and when I asked for an itemized bill to explain the charges they could not provide me with one, The technician left my bathroom a horrible mess, dust coating the entire bathroom the shower floor was all muddy. I called the office to express my concerns and also ask for the itemized bill and was told a manager would call me right back. After two days of no response I called again and was told again that a manager would call me back in two minutes. I have still not received a call

Overpriced and don't even use professional equipment to back up their price. Charged me $511 after a $100 gift card credit to perform a gas leak test that was supposed to be performed with some special equipment. The special equipment was a $39 Home Depot air inflator pump, and $2 spray bottle filled with soap and water that I had to provide. Also had to provide an extension cord they didn't even have a generator to power their own equipment. Damian goes under the house comes out 15 minutes later saying I have a lot of leaks, but really it was only 2 and they were at the threads of the pipe. The pipes weren't cracked or had any holes just leaking from the threaded part. This company quoted me $15000 to replace the gas pipes under my house or fix the pipe with the leak for $7500. This company is a Scam.

Just wanted to come here to give praise on this company. I never do reviews, but this time I just had to. They came out and hydrojetted my grandpas drains after a back up in February. Super professional, clean, and honest. Three months later, today, we had an unrelated issue. The same guy Christian from the first visit came back again just hours after my call. He was able to snake some hair from a separate drain this time. He was so kind and caring to my grandpa, he didn't even charge him for the visit today, even after sticking around to chit chat. He said happy Father's Day, it's on the house. This company really has great values and employees!

We had an issue with our tankless water heater shutting off in the middle of our showers. Our Tech Christian was sent out to trouble shoot. He was in time, polite , and very professional. He diagnosed our problem. Offered solutions and did great work.
I would not hesitate to use Do it right again and would recommend them to anyone.

They want to charge $400 for diagnosing the trouble tankless water heater. They said it may take up 4 hours talking with the manufacturer, who will walk them through the troubleshooting process.... If I agree to let them fix it, I will pay $200 for diagnosing, plus parts and labor.
However, they still charged $49 for coming, even though they didn't even touch anything.

Honestly, in terms of installation no issues. BUT in terms of management, issues. They kill you with kindness for sure. The technician that installed did a good job in the installation of the toilets. I must warn you that they are way over priced, however. They would not tell me the price of the toilet but only the cost for the 'project' which is a bit suspicious. I asked before we got started if they offered a senior citizen discount and never got a response. I was told that they used high end toilets would last more than 10 years by the technician and asked for paperwork or warranty of that but have never received anything from them. I had asked on 3 separate occasions for the paperwork on the warranty of the toilet but never got anything. They did call and were so upset that I was upset and claim they did not know that I has asked for a senior citizen discount and that their workmanship was guaranteed for 3 years. I explained that is not what I was told and was informed she would get back to me about a discount and the warranty of the toilets. That was now over a week ago. Still no response. I do not like businesses who speak out of both sides of their mouths. Just be honest. Just say you do not offer senior citizen discounts rather than ignore the request or fabricate something about the product that is not truthful. Tell me that the technician should not have told me that. Be honest. I am sorry, I would never use you again. You seem untrustworthy.

We had a club membership maintenance of our tankless water heater done 5/8. After the maintenance we had blue water in our water lines. My wife drank a glass of water to take evening pills around 9 PM and did not notice the blue water in the blue glass she used. She felt nauseous and ended up vomiting around 2 AM.
We called Do it Right on 5/9 and they sent a plumber out. The assessment was that the system was not sufficiently flushed by the prior plumber.
I tried calling and using chat to get an answer to what chemicals are used when they flush the tankless and as of yet have not got a response.
To mess up a annual maintenance and not respond to customer concerns is not good.

Ryan came here to unclog a sink drain. He had to snake the line. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to my wife and I. He also wore booties which is a plus as my wife is Asian and hates shoes the house.
