Saw this business on yelp and had an emergency gas leak on Friday afternoon. I called at 2:29 and the dispatcher said she had workers in my area and would contact me in 40 minutes. An hour later, the dispatcher said they could not come out after all and wanted to reschedule for Tuesday. Not the company I would do business with again.

We have needed a plumber numerous time in the past 6 months with the many problems in our newly purchased home in Laguna Niguel. Fortunately, our son recommended Do It Right Plumbers right away. Our wonderful plumber, Dakota, is always on time and so kind and respectful. We completely trust his knowledge. He once again saved us today diagnosing our stinky kitchen sink problem to be caused by our old water heater. Dakota worked all day and installed a tankless water heater. We can not thank him enough and are so grateful to the Do It Right Plumbers team, including schedulers, for their professionalism. We are so grateful for the seamless service.

DO NOT USE THEM ! I called them for a clogged kitchen and laundry room
sink that is on the same line. They gave me a time frame and I waited and waited. I called them and they said they were still at another job but would be there and gave another time frame. They still didn't show. So finally they came out looked at the clog and quoted me a price of 310 for a clogged drain. Against my better judgment I said ok. The guy supposedly unclogged it. I went to do a load of laundry the next thing I know. My sink is still backed up so they came back. That is when the said the pipe was cracked and needed replacing. They then gave me a quote for over 5200.00 we said no.
I had another plumber come out replaced the cracked pipe for 900$ he said the other pipe was still clogged and to get them back out. I had two plumbers come they unclogged it but said since I had rice in the drain (connects to kitchen sink) that they would not come out again.

Great company to get things done the right way. Today we had Thristan come into our home because our bathroom sink was clogged real bad.

They do free estimates at your place, so that's great. He came in, looked at our sink problem, asked a few questions and he started working.

Great guy, friendly and very knowledgeable. He worked fast and was very clean. I asked him tons of questions about other plumbing concerns that I had, and he answered all of them.

I definitely will be calling them again in the future and I definitely 100% recommend their business.

Prices are average compared to other shops, but they also give you 3 months of guaranteed work. And of course, a peace of mind that is priceless!

I got taken. The plumber showed up on time. Looked at the problem. Told me all the work that it would take the fix it. Gave me a bid. I said OK. Then right away he figured out an easier way to fix it but still charged me full amount. I got taken.

Made an appointment between 8-10 am. Next day they called to change it to 10-12. At 12:30 pm, no show, no call. NOT DEPENDABLE.
There re too many other highly rated plumbers itching for business, no need to use these guys!

The only thing these guys did right was hire a competent restoration company to fix the damages they created after one of their Plumbers cut a pipe and let water run in a portion of our living room that had not been previously damaged. We had a slab leak and called these guys to come out, cap the line, and provide us with a reroute. The initial attempt by the first crew they sent out was a failure (as I alluded to above). They then sent out their ""expert"", which begged the question why he wasn't sent in the first place, who confirmed the work done by the first crew was not acceptable and led to additional damages. They offered no concessions for the work that created the damages despite the inconveniences created; however, they did own up to the damages. Once the reroute was completed the process of getting them to fix what they had damaged began and they made sure to make it arduous. After many calls and emails they finally sent out a restoration company of their choosing (despite requesting that I provide them with estimates to repair the damages from my own contractors) and the restoration company took care of us. I'll give them credit for paying for the damages, for a very emphatic/ responsive support desk, and for having a quality employee like Dakota on staff; however, the damages should have never occurred and management should have been diligent in their follow up to ensure that our situation was handled after their crew created additional damage. It was nearly impossible to get their management to respond and they still have never followed up to ensure our issues were resolved. Beyond that these guys are the most expensive plumbers we encountered. When we initially engaged them we asked about a whole house repipe and the price was over double relative to what other plumbers quoted. I wish their overall work was as good as their marketing/branding. Given my experience, I would NOT recommend them.

Don't waste your time with this ""company."" I called and made an appointment for 2pm. David from Do It Right Plumbers called me around 11am and told me he was on his way to my home. I told him nobody was at home and I made the appointment at 2pm. He was informed he was coming to repair a hot water heater. I told him, no I purchased a new tankless water heater and needed it installed. At 2:15pm I called David to see if there was someone coming. He informed me that he was in a Zoom and tried to call me this morning, left messages for me and couldn't reach me so basically he gave up on me. I informed him, no we spoke in length on the phone and he told me he would try to get someone to my house at 2 and would call me back. Personally, I don't want to deal with any company with this type of customer service. Your call.
