We had a water leak coming out of the bottom wall so Chris Martinez and Ken of DO IT RIGHT PLUMBING company came to see the cause of the problem. Soon after they pulled out the fridge against the same wall, Chris immediately figured there's nothing wrong with our plumbing but it's the broken fridge, which was causing the water leakage. Since they didnt do any work, he didnt want to charge us anything. They came in with coverd shoes and even offered to clean up the floor and push the fridge back. We have to say, the most professional, clean, courteous, honest, respectful and truly knowledgable plumbers we've ever met. We asked if we have to have our old plumbing system diagnosed, their fee is still definitely lower than any other company we had inquired from. WE CANT THANK CHRIS FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING!! We highly recommend them to family and friends =)

Chris and Cody were absolutely fantastic! So honest and professional yet very personable. Love these guys!!!!! Every thing was explained to me in detail so I fully understood what was going on before the job was started. I spoke with Travis when scheduling my service, and he was also very helpful, knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know before my scheduled service. Amanda phoned me this morning to inform me that Chris was on his way - as promised by Travis - and an e-mail and text of his photo followed - also as promised. Great company! Would definitely use them again if needed...no questions asked.

I had the tech out to look at a dripping faucet. He felt I should replace the faucet and gave me a quote of $125. That was with the $25 discount I was supposed to get for agreeing to wait for them to come out Saturday when they were supposed to be here Friday. He was to come out today to install it. The owner called me after the tech left Saturday tried to sell me a new faucet at $745 . Then dropped the price to $645 since I was on Work Comp and tighter on money. He pushed me to finance the faucet and take a plumbing program at $8 a month. I refused to spend that much money on a faucet. He then told todays cost would be $345. I asked how he could justify that when I already had a quote for $125. He said fine his tech would be out today. 20 min later the tech called me up and said the owner wouldn't have the work done for under $305. I said forget it I don't do business that way and hung up. I got another plumbing company and my cost was $95 and they didn't up it from their quote.

Do It Right's plumber, Walt, arrive on-time and quickly performed the repair enabling us to restore water to our house. He was professional, competent, and friendly. He even laughed at a couple of my jokes. Highly recommended.

I had another plumber install two new faucets in my home; one in a guest bathroom and one in the kitchen. Let's just say there were issues with the faucets and no help in the follow up. So, I called Do It Right Plumbers. Mr. Bill (yes, that is what his name tag read) was very nice. We did, indeed, have to replace the two brand new (one was a Moen) faucets with another two brand new faucets. They are not cheap. Nor was the cost to replace (again) the two faucets. Do It Right Plumbing is not inexpensive but sometimes you get what you paid for. Our faucets are running like a dream. We actually get cold water out of the kitchen sink again and both now have actual water pressure. So I am so thankful that it was actually installed correctly this time. Will we call them again? In a heartbeat!

I also have to give a shoutout to Travis (I hope I remember his name correctly), my first contact and the guy who booked the appointment. He was awesome. I was angry at the other plumber and was very short with Travis. He was so patient and kind of talked me off the ledge so to speak. So thank you Travis!

Right before Christmas (today) our Water Heater goes out. I call ""Do It Right Plumbers"". They actually have an expert who can service me same day. I wait less than the time they estimated for arrival. I received a text and email to track the GPS of my plumber's whereabouts. I also have a picture so I know who is coming. He arrives. He gets right to work. He knows what he is doing. He is efficient. He is pleasant and professional. He alerts us to potential problems going forward (future) (to watch our backs). He provides a price on today's job (BEFORE we begin). I accept the charges. There are no surprises. Just Blessings! Could not have asked for a better experience. Chris Martinez really made our day! Thank you Chris and Thank you Do It Right Plumbers! You did it Right! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Mr. Bill, our assigned plumber, was right on time gave us an accurate estimate right up front, kept us informed and in the loop and up to date as he progressed. Very professional and a superb craftsman.

These plumbers are higher priced than the others not only because of their excellent service but the quality of the parts that they use. The cut off valves that they used under our sink are absolutely fantastic as are the toilet valves that were used in our bathrooms. This stuff is built to last and it shows. So, in the long run, these plumbers are going to save you money because you won't need to see them again for a good, long time.

I hope that it won't be for a while but the next time I need a plumber I'm calling ""Do It Right"" AND I'm asking for Mr. Bill.

This company is very professional. From my conversation with Amanda, who schedules, to Chris Martinez whom just left my home. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and very thorough. I am looking forward to doing business with them.

Zero Stars....not one. The won't give me a price range estimate on the phone. They close by saying to obligation until they arrive, so I said OK. No show on Thursday, no show on Friday AM, and they finally make it on Friday afternoon, $350 for to install a customer supplied facet on a kitchen sink.

Another company quoted me $140, but I had already booked these guys. I figured they would be competitive, but they're not.
