Dan was referred to me years ago and he's always been responsive, reliable and does a great job!

Came yesterday to do a little job for us but made our kitchen sink a better place and prevented a future dishwasher problem in the process.

An employee of DNS installed a shut off valve for our outdoor spigot in the wrong location of the water line. if the shut off valve is in use it prevents water from getting to the wash. Therefore, it's completely useless. In a phone conversation with the owner he agreed it was incorrect and would come by the next Monday to correct it. Three no shows from DNS to correct the issue. Read the reviews and avoid.

Came to install a water heater. After completing the job another plumber asked who did our work because it wasn't done correctly. Basically at risk of leaking carbon monoxide into our basement. They also didn't pull a permit on their work, because it wasn't up to code. I text Dan to let him know all of this. His crew came out and did the repairs (even stating that the work wasn't done well, not knowing Dan had done the work.) 2 months later I had to ask him again to pull a Permit on several occasions. Fast forward another year and still had to rework the stuff his team did. Another company came in to install my furnace and mentioned the work wasn't done well and the items used for the install weren't correct.

I had called dns to give me a bid on a stack replacement for my mother, Dan was very professional, on time and stuck to his price unlike some companies trying to add charges at the last minute. Highly recommend.

My shower handle broke and I wasn't able to get the water to turn off. He came out and took care of it immediately. I called around 6 pm and he was leaving with the shower fixed around 7:30 pm. Absolutely great service and a really nice guy. I'll be calling him for any plumbing issues I have going forward.

Where do I even begin. Dan has helped us at our house in South County multiple times since moving in here in 2020.

You will not find a more responsive, genuine, and customer-service oriented company that working with Dan and DNS.

On Sunday, we noticed some water in our basement storage room. I called Dan, and he answered right away. We were scheduled to have him come out on Monday around 12pm. When we woke up on Monday morning the water continued and I sent him a message with pictures. He ended up getting here before 8am.

Dan diagnosed the problem immediately, was able to shut off the water leaking issue and then let us know what was going on.

Unfortunately we had to replace both of our water heaters due to various issues. Never something you ""want"" to hear, but Dan was very open and transparent with his pricing and the ETA on everything.

That afternoon the old water heaters were taken away, and the new ones installed.

He's even answered a few questions for us after the fact.

10/10 would recommend Dan & DNS for every important reason when it comes to hiring a plumber.

He has installed all new shower plumbing, valve replacement, under the sink plumbing replacement, etc. I would highly recommend!
