Has repeatedly said he was going to do a job for me, only to not do it. Has ghosted me on multiple occasions, and at one point told me he was on site working on the job and had to leave to get something, only to find out he had not touched the job at all. I would not recommend under any circumstances.

We just bought a house and DNS provided the paid invoice showing the work that had been completed, including a replacement of a tub faucet. It looked suspicious with the amount a silicone between the faucet and the wall, but we thought reputable plumbers had done the work. Less than a month after the fix, the faucet fell off and we discovered that it wasn't all caulk between the wall and the faucet. They actually wrapped it all in quite a bit of toilet paper before using the caulk to hide it and give the appearance of a complete job. It's nice to know they are willing to do shoddy work on a patch job to help someone finish the sale of a house. Avoid at all costs!!!

Don't waste your time. Called to schedule a simple water line install for an ice maker. Came and gave me an estimate and said they'd be back the following Monday. No show, no call, no response to my call. Ended up going DIY and got it done in an hour for 1/4 the price (around $50).

BEWARE!! He came out, cut a hole in our ceiling, put wax around a pipe that he said would hold and stop the leak (it didn't), while he ordered parts needed. Said he would be back between 10-12 on Wednesday. No call no show. We called and called with no response and finally at 5:30 he picked up. He said he'd be here the next day. Thursday came and went and no call, no show! So, here we sit with a hole in our ceiling, can't use the upstairs baths and the holidays upon us. I get it if he reconsidered, the job was over his head, he didn't want to do it, was too busy...BUT, then you call and tell someone that... you don't just leave them hanging. Terrible and I see other reviews here are similar. Unfortunately I looked at Nextdoor.

Fantastic service! I am new to the St. Charles area and I was referred to DNS Plumbing by a friend. I had a hot water heater that was leaking and needed to be replaced immediately. He was able to come over during a holiday weekend, the same day I called him, and installed it that day. I couldn't believe it. I was shocked because everyone else I called wanted me to wait 4-5 days while my water heater leaked out all over my floor.

He did a fantastic job and I know I can count on this company to be here for me whenever I need them but especially when I need them the most. They are knowledgeable, friendly, actually care about you and your family and explain everything to you in a way that is easy to understand. They also gave me the best price on replacing the hot water heater as well. I will use this company for life now.

If you call DNS Plumbing and Drain, it will be the last company you ever have to call because I know you will love them like I do!

This is a hard review to do. Since 2019 I've been referring people to use Dan and DNS. He was always responsive and fixed everything as needed. Replies were quick and/or text back. Prices we're good. Unfortunately I've been trying to reach him for over a month so he can send me a paid invoice/receipt (something so simple) for his installation of a water heater and he just hasn't returned my texts, calls
And emails. I need to file a claim to my insurance and because I paid him over the phone while I was away for my brother's funeral without getting an invoice first , I'm now I'm stuck without proof of purchase and installation...
I don't understand at all why he can't sent that to me. He did install the water heater in an emergency and did a great job ( I think) but idk why he can't finish up the job and send me a simple piece of paper with the installation info and lien waiver. Just not a way to do business. Something is going on and I sure don't recommend you use him. He is causing me headaches I don't need. How sad such a great experience be damaged by such little detail and follow up.... Find a more reliable person if you need plumbing fixing .. I hope he sends me what I need before my insurance won't cover it....

I cannot thank Kevin and Dan enough. They are extremely professional came over right away to fix our Rheem hot water heater. Unfortunately the hot water heater was beyond repair. After so many hours Kevin put in to repair it, it had to be replaced. The next day Kevin came out replaced it and charged me a third of the price anywhere else would have charged. Then he put on an expansion tank for free for me. Who does that? No company does anything like that anymore. Thank God there are still amazing people in this world like this company!

I cannot day enough bad things about this company. Dan and his brother are not qualified to do the work they set out to do. They do it poorly and we have had to hire multiple people to come in and fix the jobs they have ""completed"". Lastly they do not show up for jobs. Don't let their prices fool you. Cheap is not the answer when dealing with a plumber.

My son managed to break off a sink handle, shooting water all over the bathroom...and then I broke off the shutoff valve. Kevin showed up on a Sunday and fixed everything quickly, with an unbelievably fair price and quality work.
