AHS sent them out to address rusty water coming out of the water heater. In the first 2 minutes they told me unless it's leaking they won't cover it, which is not what AHS told me this morning. Started to feel uncomfortable as I've read other reviews about horror stories. Ask them to take the easy pay day and leave, which they did nicely.
I'd rather pay for a new water heater with Links Plumming as they have been to my home before and trust them then deal with a uphill battle or argue with them.

Nice job. They came out for a third opinion. One opinion wanted to replace whole sink for a leaky faucet handle. DKH quickly found that only a part replacement in the handle was needed and returned in a few days for the repair. Works great now and sink remains in place!

If less than 1 star was available-I'd choose that! They were recommended by Fidelity home warranty to look at a leak in our shower wall. NEVER called me after I called them! Everything on text even after I requested a call. Said there would be a 30 minute call to alert us to the tech being on the way and that never happened either. Requested that they CALL me - They never did and kept texting until I had to call Fidelity to complain and change vendors. I took the day off work to be available and wasted time. According to other reviews, many others have referenced the terrible communication from this company

Our home warranty dispatched DKH plumbing for our water problem. I couldn't be more happier with the service. Our main water line was shut off due to the leakage in the bathroom and someone came the next day to fix it! Brett was so knowledgeable and told us exactly what the problem was. He fixed it and within 30 min we had our water back on!

Couldnt figure our how to clean the actuator in my shower..had to utube it and said he would show up the next day.
Never showed up the next day..my shower fixture sitting on the floor- unusable
Several calls to office and no return calls. They don't answer phones during business hours
The plumber scratched my shower fixture using a wrench on the pipe area without a cloth. So now my fairly new fixture is scratched.

Daniel at DKH plumbing is the best! I had 3 other plumbers out to my house who could not solve my plumbing issues. He came in and recognized the problem right away and it was a 10 minute fix. Fast, friendly, on time, and reliable!! Thank you DKH plumbing.

I had to have my water heater replaced. The receptionist was very helpful and scheduled my appointment sooner than what I thought was possible which was great! Brett was our plumber and was very informative and kind. He explained every step along the way and made it easy to understand. He kept us in the loop about how long the parts would take and installed the water heater faster than I would have ever expected. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing Plumbing servives!

Vendor dispatched by my home warranty company (FNHW). I've come to expect low rate service by contracted vendors, so I definitely was hoping for the best here. I communicated with DKH dispatch a few times (Jamie) and she was very helpful, and informative. I also called back to ensure the tech would be following covid masking protocols, provide a call ahead when they were en route and wear booties when inside. She made sure the messages were relayed and GUESS WHAT, the tech did just all that. I got a call ahead, tech was masked and prepared with booties. Ok, good start so far.
The service tech here was Joshua. If I could him more that 5 stars I would. He was knowledgeable. professional and efficient. He didn't have to, but took extra time to answer ALL my questions and provide more insight for the educational points I was asking about. In all my years as a homeowner, this was one of the best vendor experiences. Having someone in your home is a personal deal, and it takes a special skill set to go into random homes, do the work and provide a super pleasant experience. Joshua is an asset to this company and I 100% hope his manager reads this review. You are lucky to have him, as are any customers who have the good fortune of having him dispatched to your home.

The guy that came to my home had tattoos all over his face and he was very rude to me and he told me that the water damage was from mopping and I said no I saw the water come out of baseboard
And he said you have to make it happen again Which I can't do of course I would not recommend this business

I was not happy at all with my experience with DKH plumbing. So unhappy that I am writing a yelp review which I hardly ever do. The bottom line is the communication could have been way better. The FIRST time they were out I was told it was unable to be fixed as it wasn't CURRENTLY leaking, even though there was a hole in the ceiling were the water had leaked. Claims case closed, no resolution, out $75.
Then Brett came over to my house, who was extremely nice, but did the typical over promise and under deliver. Since it was the SECOND time out for this issue I was told, by Brett, the plumbing issues were going to be fixed and he was going to come back next day to fix my problem, 10 days passed with no communication from them after calling repedetly, I was notified by my claims department that the work is not covered, case closed, no resolution out ANOTHER $75.
I specifically told Brett I could remove grout around the drain so work was able to be performed within the scope of what was covered by my insurance, he seemed to understand what I was saying and I would like to think he thought it was a good compromise. After all said and done I was fed up with dealing with this through insurance. So I contacted Jamie to schedule someone to fix this hole in my ceiling with leaking plumbing so I can close this all out, I could care less if it was covered through home warranty and I just wanted the issue fixed. They sent a different person ""Daniel?"" to inspect the issue to give me a quote and solution to fix the problem. Daniel arrived around 8am took a look at the floor drain pipe, recommended cutting the screws off and fill with silicone..... Sounds like a Janky fix to the problem, but figured, cool this is definitely moving in the correct direction, sounds like Brett will be able to come back and fix this. Since they said they would knock some money off for my issues. After Daniel left I expected a phone call from DKH to schedule the repairs. Never heard from them, called once and left a voicemail with no call back.
I would have loved to give them the benefit of the doubt, but all-in-all it was a TERRIBLE experience with this company. Everyone seemed friendly, but here we are 10 months down the road and I STILL have a hole in my ceiling with floor drain that leaks if it slightly gets clogged and no fix.
P.S. the ONLY reason it has been pending this long was because AFTER the first visit from them they recommended I waited until the leak came back and open another claim. So I did what DKH Plumbing recommended and when I filed another claim it still got denied.
If this company wanted to reach out to me with a solution, they know how to!!
I gave them a chance through insurance and a chance outside of insurance. I told them I DID NOT CARE HOW MUCH IT COSTED I WANTED TO GET IT FIXED!! and NOTHING!!
