Recently had Rob out from Divine to add some new plugs and he kept up their record of outstanding service. Darin trains his people right! Rob was on-time, polite and friendly, provided great information and options, professionally answered all of my silly questions, did great work, and cleaned everything up afterwards. I love that he was able to provide an estimate and complete the work on the same day. While that can't always happen, it certainly made things easy from a scheduling perspective. We also discussed some other projects that we are in the process of scheduling with him. Thanks for the great service, Rob. We continue to use Divine for all of our electrical needs.

We've been using Divine Electric for several years for a variety of jobs, large and small. They've always been responsive, reasonable and very professional from the office/scheduling to the high caliber electricians who have done the work. This week we lost power on one side of our kitchen and were worried about how to handle a fix during Covid-19. Rob came to our home, did what he could from the outside of the house, which involved replacing a fried circuit breaker. Because the problem was more involved, he then explained the safest/most sanitized approaches for doing any work in our home. We really appreciated the options he gave us and how flexible he was about next steps. Doing business with masks/gloves can be awkward, and Rob did a wonderful job of working with us to fix what he could in the moment with a plan for going forward that we are comfortable with.

I highly recommend Devine Electric. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a semi-emergency and they sent out Miles to our house the very next morning. Miles is absolutely awesome. He gave us a very reasonable price and did everything humanly possible to get the job done for us. He worked tirelessly for hours climbing under and moving furniture, drilling through concrete, and running wires into difficult locations. I've never seen anyone work as hard as he did. He also did a great job patching and cleaning up. The workspace was left cleaner than before he started. Make sure you ask for Miles. Always choose Devine!

We have had nonstop electrical problems in our house ever since another electrical company did a bunch of work for us. I got a referral to Divine Electric and decided to give them a try. We had a couple lights that didn't work that we really wanted to work. The last company that we were really unhappy with told us that unless we opened the walls there was no way to get them working. Nathan Dupre from Divine Electric came out and did some investigation work. He did not open any walls and was able to get the lights working. We were delighted. Yeah to Nathan Dupre and Yeah to Divine Electric. We will definitely use them again.

I was very disappointed in Divine Electrical Norcal. Our problems were minor: a shower light plus several outdoor low voltage lights that stopped working, both things that shouldn't have been rocket science to diagnose or to fix. To give them their due, everyone I spoke with was very pleasant. When I talked to them about scheduling someone to come out, they first took a deposit, then let me know they couldn't schedule someone for almost a month. Since it was so minor, we decided that was OK. On that date, the electrician didn't arrive until mid-afternoon, and though very friendly, didn't seem to know what he was doing. After he looked around quite awhile, he said he would write up some options for us, which took a surprisingly long time. When he presented the options, one was for a $3K replacement for the outdoor lights, and the lowest estimate was hundreds of dollars. We were speechless. For the shower light, the cheapest ""diagnose and repair"" was about $200. That was the only option we chose. However, when he took the light fixture off, it broke (not entirely his fault - it was old), so we had to reschedule for him to bring and install a new fixture, bringing the total to $500+. And it turned out that the fixture he installed is a blue-ish LED, not a warm one, which gives off harsh, cold light (he had not consulted us about this in advance). So we did not have a happy experience.

Great company!! From the initial call to the final inspection our experience with Divine Electic was seamless and a pleasure. Sam gave us estimates that were both reasonable and sensible, recommending upgrades that made sense and would save us money in ways we hadn't considered. The electrician, Paul, and his team were amazingly professional, competent, efficient and pleasant to work with. They even helped me find a leak in my irrigation system while installing an EV charger! I can't say enough good things about D. E.
