Paul and Alex did an incredible job with our electric work - new panels, outdoor heater, transfer switch and more. They are super-professional, kind and prompt. Their work is beautifully installed. We had one electrician tell us that they could not get a wire through from one side of our house to another above the ceiling - Paul and Alex embraced the challenge and did it! I will use them for any future electrical work.

We had them come out 3 times (our fault due to incompatible fixtures we supplied) and each time we were very impressed with how competent, professional, and service-oriented each of the technicians was. I've now used Divine Electric multiple times and I've been very happy with their service:
- They installed back up power for us, so we can be well prepared for the PG&E power shut offs. I appreciated how the tech walked me through all the different options taking into account cost, county regulations, and availability. Now I've got a Yeti battery which I'm very happy with, that has carried us through multiple power outages
- Next up was when we installed A/C, we needed to install separate plugs, so Divine Electric did that. And what prompted my positive review here is I called them again recently because my oven would trip the breaker when he heater or the A/C was running. Paul K came out today to diagnose the issue. We couldn't reproduce the problem, but he did suspect that the breaker that was tripping was too sensitive, so he replaced it. Paul spent 2 hours (!) here running all kinds of tests and in the end didn't charge me because I'm a long time customer. I like being Divine Electric's long time customer :)
- DE has also done smaller jobs for me, like reattaching a loose wire outside the house and installing a new landscaping light which have all gone well.

In all my experiences with them, they've been very friendly, great communicators, and have done high quality work at a reasonable price.

This is a review for Divine Electric & Plumbing in general and specific employees in particular.

Alex installed our new tankless water heater. Not only did he do a great job, but he was also fun and gregarious. He answered my questions (which were numerous) and was patient in helping me understand the overall installation process. Alex went above and beyond in making sure that the project was well and thoughtfully executed, especially as there were some constraints. I highly recommend Alex and Divine for your plumbing needs.

Divine Electric was fantastic - they called me back, let me know their process, and kept me well informed about their ETA. The electrician who came looked at our problem, knew exactly what to do, took care of it efficiently, and charged less than what I expected. Plus he was fun to talk to! We have had great success with Divine Electric on past projects but have never tried the Plumbing business. WOW! We are very pleased.

We had two projects, a whole house filtration system and a Grohe Blue Sparkling water system for the kitchen faucet. To us, these feel like two projects on the more complex side and they were done to perfection.

Alex is fantastic. He is everything we could want:
