Toilet was clogged and our apartment maintenance was unable to fix it so they sent these guys (discount rooter). Fixed the problem quickly but left my toilet damaged with these scratches. It looks terrible as if we don't keep our toilet clean. I wish they would come back and fix these damages.

I have used them twice so far in the last 4 years and both time I was happy with the results. They charged a reasonable fee and opened a clogged drain in my kitchen. They were on time and courteous. The second time, which was last week needed a revisit. They offer a 30 day warranty. After one week the problem returned and they promptly showed us and fixed it again for no additional charge.

Called to have my kitchen sink clog cleared in June. They came out cleared it and the pipes under the sink were leaking. The guy spent the next 40 minutes fiddling with the pipes under the sink to stop the leaking. 1 month later the coupling he messed with came loose. I call to have them come out and fix what they did to my pipes. They tell me they are coming the next morning. They call me the next day to say they are not coming after all because it is ""hearsay"" that they messed up my pipes! They refused to admit any error on their part and fix what they did to my property. My advice, don't bother calling them. If you do, do so at your own peril, and VIDEOTAPE them as they work so there isn't any issue of ""hearsay""!
