We've used Discount Rooter in the past and the owner always made time for us. Yesterday we called and Gilbert came out. Exceptional service again! Gilbert quickly came in and cleaned out the bathtub drain and the laundry sink drain. Gilbert cleaned up after himself and left everything looking great
and the drains clear. A lot of plumbers over charge and try to plant seeds of doubt with you but Discount Rooter does not do that. They are fair, honest, and have great service.

We had slow draining lines and I was afraid that the mainline was the issue, called in and scheduled Gilbert to come by and check it out. Turns out that it was only a couple of separate lines in the house that needed to be cleared. Gilbert was fast, professional and courteous. Toilet was clogged and our apartment maintenance was unable to fix it so they sent these guys (discount rooter). Fixed the problem quickly but left my toilet damaged with these scratches. It looks terrible as if we don't keep our toilet clean. I wish they would come back and fix these damages.

The best in town. Follow their advice and there will be less problems. My drains have roots and I call them several times a year to avoid major unexpected problems. Honest and reliable business. Use them if you need drain service.

I have used them twice so far in the last 4 years and both time I was happy with the results. They charged a reasonable fee and opened a clogged drain in my kitchen. They were on time and courteous. The second time, which was last week needed a revisit. They offer a 30 day warranty. After one week the problem returned and they promptly showed us and fixed it again for no additional charge.

Called to have my kitchen sink clog cleared in June. They came out cleared it and the pipes under the sink were leaking. The guy spent the next 40 minutes fiddling with the pipes under the sink to stop the leaking. 1 month later the coupling he messed with came loose. I call to have them come out and fix what they did to my pipes. They tell me they are coming the next morning. They call me the next day to say they are not coming after all because it is ""hearsay"" that they messed up my pipes! They refused to admit any error on their part and fix what they did to my property. My advice, don't bother calling them. If you do, do so at your own peril, and VIDEOTAPE them as they work so there isn't any issue of ""hearsay""!

These guys were amazing. None of my toilets or showers would drain. Called them at 8pm on a Monday night. It's 9:45 now, and I'm all fixed up with complete service for under $250 done right. Highly recommend these guys

Our plumber recommended Discount Rooters when they were unable to unclog a drain. They called back quickly after I left them a message and they came out immediately and were able to unclogged the drain. They left everything clean and were very professional.
