I had Omar replace my leaking kitchen faucet. He was so patient and understanding as I was explaining my concerns over the previous leaks. He explained exactly how he was going to fix the issue and he did a thorough testing to make sure there is no leaks after the new faucet installation. He was very polite and he smiled often. Ricardo from Discount Plumbing fixed my water heater which was experiencing a part failure. He successfully replaced the parts and, while doing so, he notified me of an issue with my water shutoff valve and gave me several options on how to proceed (not trying to pressure me into an expensive fix). He was also able to find a creative solution to a previously poorly done job without needing to charge me extra. He was great! More like rip off plumbing. Unethical lying plumbers that will make something up just to charge you an arm and a leg. I called them to get a quote to replace my sewage line to the city - 33k. Even post pandemic, this price seems exorbitant and honestly unrealistic. First of all, they put a camera down the sewage line and claimed that it was all water logged and that the camera can't even get past the street level. I didn't see any footage. I called the county and they came by to clear anything from the sewage line to the city for free. When they checked, they said these lines were all clean and there was no problem. They even ran some water in to check if it back flowed indicating a clog. It ran perfectly so no clog was even there.

Wow super unethical lying company. This is for Angel B, the technician that came and lied to my face using scare tactics to spend $33k to replace a sewage line that goes to the city line. Saying that eventually the pipe was going to collapse when on second inspection was completely fine. The license number is 755272, and I will be reporting this business to the contractor state license board. This business should be penalized and Angel fired for lying to their potential customers. Shame on you.
