Was quoted for a job to take 2 hours and cost 575 but the plumber took over 5 hours and charged me more because he had a hard time and had to open extra walls. Why the extra charge to so the job quoted? Again, How was that my fault when he accepted the job? He told me I could go with another company if I was not satisfied but that wasn't realistic as all water to our house was shut off and it was a holiday weekend.

Would not recommend this company.

I've been putting off having my bathroom sink looked at for months now, it wasn't draining and was like a mini bath tub by the time I washed my face. So glad I called Discount plumbing! Got an appointment the next day...Cody was on time, polite, mindful of being in my place (wore booties and a face mask due to COVID), he took time to show me the issue, fixed it, and was so fast and efficient. I contacted Discount Plumbing & Rooter via Yelp and Cody, the owner, reached out to me to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. Victor came out to the condo and met my tenants to diagnose the problem and send me the estimate. Upon my approval of the estimate, Victor was able to coordinate the water shut off with my HOA property manager and completed the work promptly. My tenants reported that Victor was great, ""very informative and polite."" Victor was also sympathetic as to the cost of the project, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, and worked with me to settle on a reasonable price. Efficient and friendly service, I recommend the company for plumbing needs.

I called late in the day on a Friday and since it wasn't an emergency I told the office person that the following Monday was fine for someone to come out to replace our shower faucet.
As promised, I got a call shortly after 8 a.m. telling me when someone would be here. At 8:40 Victor showed up with mask, gloves and shoe covers on. I showed him what was going on and told him the price range I was looking to pay for parts. He quoted me the labor cost plus whatever the parts cost. He left and was back within 30 minutes with a new faucet. He found a good quality faucet for less than either of us had expected, got to work and had it done in no time. From arrival to finish was under 2 1/2 hours. I payed my bill, gave him a tip and told him to go have lunch with it. I wouldn't hesitate or think twice about who to call for any plumbing issue and would request Victor to do the work.
So if you're having a plumbing issue, don't waste your time with calling around. These guys will get there, get it done and have you sitting pretty as quick as possible. And don't forget to tip 'em some lunch money

We had a leak under the kitchen sink due to a faulty faucet. Victor came out and checked out all my concerns (I though it could be coming from the shower or another source). He confirmed it was just the faucet but ran several tests to confirm. Replaced the faulty faucet with a much more durable one. Really trust these guys.
