Really great experience with Cody and his team on getting a new water pressure regulator on my main water line. Price was fair and they were extremely knowledgeable about educating me on the issues at hand. They even went above and beyond by checking the water pressure on my water heater, which was recently replaced. Would recommend them to anyone and will be calling them back soon to handle some bigger and more cumbersome jobs in the house.

Victor fixed a problem in our kitchen cold water line 4 other companies and couple thousand dollars later they weren't able to. He replaced the facet and replaced all of the old worn out parts and now we have free flowing water with real water pressure!! Discount plumbers now have a life long customer as long as Victor is there. He knows his job and will save you as much money as possible. These days finding workers like him are far and few, so I hang on to them when i find the. He will be the plumber I call when i am ready to re-do the bathrooms. I called to request a quote for a plumbing project. Of course I called a couple of plumbers because I wanted to see which one would be the best and compare prices. It came time for their appointment and I saw them park their vehicle across the street. I was finishing talking to a plumbing company and a restoration company as well. Then I waited and when I went to look outside the vehicle is gone. I didn't even bother to call them again.
I had initially rated this company lower. But the owner contacted me and explained that there had been a miscommunication. I appreciate him calling me to clear this up and do his best to make up or us. In costumer service this is essential. There are other companies that do wrong and do not bother to contact the customer and make things right. I really appreciate that. Maybe we can do business in the future.

I give Cody and Victor an A+!! Amazing work, fast, friendly, considerate (wore booties in the house to protect my carpet from the muddy rain) and very reasonably priced! They even threw in a drain stainer for me to keep all the nasty things from dropping down the sink again (I have two kiddos and the amount of stuff stuck in the pipe was crazy) I will definitely be using them again for my properties.
